Now I know why your restaurant was empty! The food is not worth the cost. Very little meat on the sandwich, and where is the Harviti cheese and the bun was toasted to hard. Let's not talk about the Plantain chip, looked like all the chips came from the bottom of the bag. Pieces of chips!!
Honestly, people don't want to spend their hard earned money for this! Plus, I added an 18% tip! I am not happy!

Ordered chimichurri steak from DoorDash. The meat and fries are cold and stale tasting, like overnight food. The presentation also looks like left over. It only took about 30 minutes for the food to be delivered so they can’t really blame the delivery person. AVOID.

This placed used to be my favorite restaurant, but after my last two experiences will never be going back. Firstly, I am vegan which I why I used to enjoy this place as they used to mark on their menu their vegan options. The last time I was there, I was looking at the same symbol thinking everything is vegan when I noticed the key to the menu had been updated to vegetarian. This is problematic because there is definitely a lot of food that a vegetarian would eat that a vegan would not, for example cheese, butter, or even eggs. If they were going to take vegan out of the key of the menu, they could have at least changed the symbol. It’s bad management. I hadn’t been there in a while so when I ordered at the counter I asked the service person to make sure what I was ordering was vegan and she blatantly said she didn’t know and was acting annoyed. She eventually went back to the kitchen to ask. You choose your own seating at the restaurant. My boyfriend and I told the person at the counter who took our order we were going to sit at the bar. Once we were sat at the bar, another worker I guess who was the bartender said we couldn’t sit there because the bar is full service. We were confused because how were we expected to know this and we already told another worker where we were sitting and she was okay with it. We told the bartender this, but he still just told us we couldn’t sit there. We were annoyed by the misinformation and the fact that it’s open seating and we couldn’t sit where we wanted, but we moved to a table behind the bar. Then our food runner came over and said they were out of the appetizer I ordered. I ordered a replacement which was roughly $3-4 cheaper and although the food runner confirmed with the manager I would be refunded the difference I never was. Tonight, my boyfriend and I were in the area, and attempted to go again as this previously was one of my favorite restaurants, but had another bad experience. Now that we knew the bar was full service because the previous time we were there, that’s what we wanted to do. (Side note if they really do have this stupid rule, they should put signage up because as soon as you walk in you meet the counter where someone takes your order and you would never know). We walk in and firstly say we want to sit at the bar, and the guy (which was the same bartender that didn’t let us sit there last time) said yes the bar is full service so your order will be taken there. So we go to sit as the bar, and no one takes our order. Then a line forms in the front of maybe 12ish people and. He proceeds to take all their orders and no was yet to take ours. On top of that, I needed to use the restroom, but no one was available to give me the key code. After watching the worker take everyone’s order but ours and not even being able to use the restroom while we waited I told my boyfriend I was ready to leave. The manager walked about the corner I think overhearing what I said. As we were halfway out the manger said “Can I take your order?” in condescending tone as if we didn’t already see them take everyone’s order that walked in after us already. We just kinda waved at her no thank you and kept walking. We were literally on the sidewalk when she yelled out something along the lines of hope you guys enjoy the next experience just as much. This was also in a condescending tone and very unnecessary as we were already out of the restaurant when she yelled that. I will not be returning as their service is rude, they did not refund for my appetizer, and they took vegan options off the menu. The icing on the cake is they don’t train their workers to know what is vegan and what is not.

Their bacon egg and cheese breakfast burrito is probably one of the smallest breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. And the fact that they charge $13 for it is absurd. I’ve had $8 burritos with so much more egg, bacon and cheese than that. Top it all off it was such a bland burrito. The salsa they give you is also nothing special. Get a better option from this place.

I love Greenleaf! I'm so happy the Century City location is open again <3. The food is consistent, clean, fresh and super tasty across all locations. I love the upgrades they've made to the CC location to give it a more, "stay and hang out" vibe. I LOVE that they have paleo options, and they are all GOOD! When I'm not on paleo, my go-to's are the "Cheap N' Easy" breakfast sandwich (lots of protein!) and the Hollywood Bowl. I've done dine-in, pick-out and delivery. Enjoy!

Ordered soup and displeased with quality since it was close to $9.00, container didn't even come full (cup size) and mostly full of just broth and no satiety. Don't think I'll come back! Mendocino Farms is much better down the street.
