Despite bad reviews in the past I actually had a pleasant experience. The baristas were all very friendly. The cowboy cookie was really good. The lines are long but I felt like they went by pretty fast. However they did run out of supplies so were limited on what could be ordered.

Have you ever been unable to go to sleep at night because you're so excited about your cup of coffee in the morning?!?! Well when you buy this coffee , you will COMPLETELY understand how I feel right now!!! 5 stars completely!!! I tried a bag of the "Black Gold" Signature Blend and I LOVE IT! Plus the customer service was absolutely AMAZING!!!!
