This is an Italian restaurant located between Santa Monica and UCLA. I visited twice with my wife, and the recommended dishes, wine, and chocolate mousse were all delicious. I recommend seafood dishes, whether pasta or main. It's a typical old American high-end restaurant interior and has a nice atmosphere. It’s a local restaurant with almost no Koreans. Valet fee $7

Calamari was very good and priced fairly enough. Caesar dressing was good if you love anchovies, the romaine was not so good. None of the other items we ordered were good irrespective of their (very high) price. Our server was pushy and stopped checking on us once we told the busser that we did not order one of the dishes that came out, a fish special. I addressed this issue with a manager after the fact and his solution was to comp me another dish the next time I came in, I thanked him for attempting to make it right and told him I would not be returning. I loved the old school atmosphere and was hoping for a good, honest, classic red sauce Italian joint experience and came away sorely disappointed. I can’t comprehend how this place is rated so highly, maybe I was just there on an off night.

Guido's Salad with Lettuce, Bologna Salami, Mozzarella, Garbanzo Beans, and Italian House Dressing. Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken.
This Italian Restaurant has an old school charm, with red leather booths, soft lighting and romantic jazz and Italian music playing in the background. Our waiter was attentive and let us hang out at our table until close while we nursed our drinks and it was very nice.
The house salad was well balanced and perfect to split between 2 people. The Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken was tasty as expected, but the real show stopper was the Lobster Ravioli in Vodka Sauce. Honestly anything in that sauce would be delicious!

This restaurant has a good atmosphere and great service but was overpriced for the quality and quantity of food served. The prices were more expensive than listed online (photos of updated menu attached). My partner ordered the eggplant Parmesan for $27 and it didn't even come with pasta?? Would you order tacos and expect the tortilla to be an extra surcharge of $4 to complete the meal? It's outrageous that she spent over $30 with tax & tip for 3 slices of a breaded vegetable.
Parking: They have a row of free parking with about a dozen spots, so you might be able to find a place.
