I was in downtown LA and I had read about this place so we decided to give it a try. Small cute place in there DTLA location. Ordered a mini taco sampler which was a perfect recommendation. First off, this is not a regular taco shop so be open minded. There guisados are delicious Very favorable and unique in there own special way. Each taco hit my palette differently. Guisados in Downtown LA may look unassuming from the outside, but it ended up being the best Mexican meal we had during our entire trip to the US. The moment the food arrived, it was clear this place focuses on quality above everything else.
