I prefer this place for my fast food to others when looking for burgers or Mexican foods. With the same amount of money spent, I get better quality food, bigger portions.

Tuesday / 21 / 25 arrived 7:07pm I had order 5 combo burgers and 8 pcs chicken wings. I only received the 5 combos and drinks. When I arrived home I was missing the 8 pcs wings, should had checked before I left. I call, women picks up the phone, I let her know I didn't receive the wings and she knew that. She said, "you can come back and get them" I said, " can I go tomorrow ( A Wednesday) " she said, " yes you can come tomorrow to pick them up" I said " do I need my receipt" she said, " no I remember how you look like" I said " ok, thank you. I'll pick them up tomorrow. Bye". I couldn't pick them because I live far. I arrived to pick them up, but the cook said couldn't receive them because they cooked wings and they got cold and throw them away. 🤨 Who throws good food away?. So they weren't going to cook the wings or give me a refund. Also, the manager was talking about points, points for what? 🤔 Didn't bother to ask because the manager was trying to twist my words. The made focus was to receive the wings or a refund. Manger text to the women that answer the phone and she lied. 😒 I Wonder if they know that they have cameras inside. The cook and staff eating the wings 🤣. Did received my 8 pcs wings. The point of this, check your order, make sure everything is there. 😒

Very bad experience, I ordered fried chicken, I waited 20 minutes, I asked for my order and they didn't know anything, they told me that they had made a mistake and that if I wanted it, I had to wait 10 more minutes or that they would return my money but they were very rude, in the end they didn't give me my order and They returned my money but incomplete, they charged me &19.41 and they only returned me &18.41. I was left without dinner and they also stole a dollar from me and I asked to speak to the manager. and they said it wasn't there.

It's a typical American Burger/Mexican food restuarant with a large selection of items to choose from. It is superior to most corporate fast food chains.
I see some of the negative reviews here, but that wasn't my experience. I really enjoyed my meal. I ordered just a cheeseburger and fries. The patty was cooked over an open flame about 5 inches by 3/8" Fresh purple onions and green leafy lettuce (not iceberg) and a delicious sauce evenly spread across the bun. Fries were crispy, perfectly cooked, lightly salted. Food came quick. The dining room was clean and well lit.
I came in the evening at a time the place was not busy so this may be why everything was fresh and clean.
I plan to come back and try something else on the menu.
Ordered the combo breakfast burrito 3 times and it is always amazing but the drinks are so insanely watered down and pink lemonade tastes like straight sink water

Where's the beef? Thinest patties I have ever seen on a burger. Tomato was thicker than the meat. Fries had no seasoning and are really thin cut. Diet soda flat. Friendly service and clean dining room. Just fell short on the food
