I really like Gusto Green. The space is very open and welcoming, but it's the food that will keep me coming back. I had a Trampoline cocktail that was complex and delicious! The kale salad and pasta with rose sauce were amazing! I could not believe the flavor and how creamy the sauce was with no dairy. My boyfriend loved everything too!
Great place to dine and take out in the jewelry district of DTLA.Fast takeout but slow service even when the place was basically empty during lunch time in a week day. The staff were okay in their service.Food was great with decent portion; however expensive. Prepaid to pay at least $20 per person before drinks when dining. The burrata pizza with the pasta had great flavor that I was surprised it was vegetarian. Highly recommend here.
A must go. Superfood salad complex flavors, wonderful technique. Canestri pasta a must..gremolata perfect touch, milk and hemp....matcha horchata and chocolate chunk cookie what a match! Wines are excellent, organic and natural. Kind generous service. It's downtown but worth the parking spot search, you will not be disappointed.
Amazing menu + food… definitely a happy revelation. Instantly becomes one of my favorite LA restaurants!

Every single dish was perfection. The cocktails were on point. The service from front to back was 5 star. HIGHest recommendation.
I had an incredible meal here. The food is unlike anything I have had before. Incredible flavors that satisfy the soul. Everything is healthy, yet tastes amazing!! A must try!!!
Just amazing. The food is phenomenal. Some of the best and most interesting dishes I’ve ever had and at such a reasonable price compared to other places that think their food is of this level. One vegan and one non vegan has so many options to choose from. The ricotta pesto pizza was insane - you can taste that the dough has been made over 3 days. The hemp leaves weren’t a novelty but genuinely delicious. The Thai lentil dish I could eat all day. Their take on an old fashioned is so cool and I don’t think any to ruin the surprise but you should order. And chef Mike kindly sat and explained his inspiration and his love for the food and his job. This love and thought carries through to all the food. Come here before you can’t get a seat.
Went here last night for the first time and cannot recommend this place enough. The food. The drinks. The ethos. Loved everything. We were lucky enough to talk to chef Michael who was a delight and really cared about what he does. We had the palm heart, shishito peppers, Thai lentils and the vegan ricotta and eggplant pizza. All were excellent but the lentils and pizza were quite honestly two of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time. The sourdough was incredible. Turns out they have a dough consultant which is something I’ve never heard of but seems to be a very good idea! So good. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and good atmosphere
Really unique new place. Not only the food but the drinks are really impressive too. Add a vegan dessert and it'd be flawless! Besides the hemp ofc - I recommend the lentils, brussels, and almond ricotta pizza. Can't wait to come back soon!
