Mouth-numbing and delicious at the same time! Their mabodofu is something to behold, and the eggplant dish was the best I've tasted. Seems to be very popular with the take-out crowd, we enjoyed a nice quiet lunch with a pleasant view.

We read an article about Guyi's mapo tofu in the LA Times and decided to give it a try. We arrived when the restaurant opened and were seated immediately. We ordered mapo tofu, cumin lamb, popcorn chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and mixed veggies. After getting talked to rudely at Sichuan impression by the restaurant manager, we found Guyi on yelp as next closest good quality Chinese place. We were in for a surprise that there was valet parking for $2/hr and a swanky restaurant with good view. The waitress was polite and friendly.
