Our experience at Gwen was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making our table of four feel well cared for throughout the evening. The food was exceptional—beautifully prepared, thoughtfully presented, and absolutely delicious. The pacing of the meal was perfect, allowing us to enjoy each course without feeling rushed. Service was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, striking the ideal balance between attentiveness and allowing us to enjoy our time together. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it an ideal setting for a special evening out. We left thoroughly impressed and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful restaurant with lovely booths so you feel a sense of privacy - we were 4. The food was excellent.

What a delightful and wonderful experience. The restaurant is beautiful, The bar is cozy with great staff and service. We took our drinks and complete dinner at the bar and were so glad we did. Drew was a perfect host. David, the cellar master, was a great presence recommending wine and pouring throughout the night. Even the master chef Curtis was out to present the truffles and steak. We highly recommend to anyone looking for that exceptional experience. My only downer was the dry aging wasn't as funky, cheesy as I would like. May have just been a weird batch. Every other time I have been the steaks have been unique and lovely. It just didn't match the huge price point of over $200. That said, all the accompaniments were lovely. Lamb ribs were incredible. Oysters and charcuterie top notch. The truffle tagliatelle was absolutely flavor incredible. I just wish for $100 it was a bit larger. Our party of three literally got two fork grabs each and it was gone. I know the truffles are crazy expensive, but even a bit more pasta would have been nice. I get the flavor per bite might be thinner, but it's hard to cope with one of the most tasty pastas ever with only two bites each. hahaha. A good problem to have. We will be back !and are looking forward.

I sat at the chef's counter which was really enjoyable. All of the staff were terrific, helpful and friendly. My server was very knowledgeable with wine pairing. And the bartenders, even though were busy, were super accommodating and friendly. This was my first visit, hopefully not my last!

Best steak I have ever had. I really enjoyed all the small details including a water menu, because I agree water isn't just water.

By far my favorite steakhouse, and I've been to a lot. It's always a great meal, and every bit worth the price. My favorites are the grass fed NY strip, dry aged ribeye, and the duck fat potatoes.

Service was great, knowledgeable, attentive & warm. Food came out quickly and apps were incredible. Steak was clocked perfectly to a medium stage however it rested for too long and for my liking was not warm/hot enough just a tad too room temp. It was a busy night and explains the noise level. Great seating, great dim lighting and great music playing.

We got to sit upstairs which was perfect for date night.. Awesome drinks, super attentive staff.. Everything so delicious and timed perfectly. Artistry at work all around. Really a fun experience! No wonder they are Michelin rated!

Honestly, this is one of the best restaurants, and I've only had one bad prior experience here out of numerous amazing dining occasions, a total anomaly. Last night's steak, however, was unusually tough in the middle and a bit of a disappointment... the grass-fed NY Strip. I took a friend who had never been to Gwen, so I sorta wish it were at its usual level. Short of that, everything else was terrific. Usually a 5-star experience, and I'm sure this was just a fluke.

Loved every part of our evening at Gwen. Erica provided us with first class service. Food and wine were fantastic.

We went here for our milestone anniversary with our kids and Gwen did not disappoint. Not only were we lucky enough to see Chef-Owner Curtis Stone, our host was able to get him to say hi to us and the kids. My youngest daughter was so amazed at how nice he is. The food was great, the experience was even better. The team at Gwen delivered above and beyond!

Excellent - top to bottom. Food and Service was wonderful. Our servers Audrey and Jordan and the sommelier Courtney were top notch. A great representation of the restaurant. The choose your own steak knife is an excellent offering... We had a bottle of vino with the flatiron wagyu and some starters topped off with dessert. Thank you, Chef Curtis and the kitchen and staff at Gwen... Food is an expression of love and when you're paying for it and it's Michelin star you want to feel that labor come to life on the palate... We did... 5 stars.... with a side note hit that salad with a touch more life; perhaps more anchovy, egg, mustard or even something sweet like pickled pear. Every thing else - perfecto. Grazie.

Food was good but nothing I'd go back for. The ambience was pretty casual and servers weren't anymore attentive that at any other restaurant. Definitely didn't feel like a Michelin star restaurant.

Gwen is always excellent. From choosing your own knife-that comes with a story by the hosts-, to drink selections, to the meats that hang behind the glass by the booths, every detail is well thought out and executed to the highest level. Everything slaps!
