The cafe is great and parking is fine, but the hotel reception are obnoxious, unfriendly, and mean. The valet is tip only but does not specify the time allotment. We went for a walk and coffee after brunch and left the car in the parking lot. We were not told how long we could leave the car in the lot. There were no signs for it either. When we got back, the valet was gone and had left the car keys at the hotel reception. The hotel reception is extremely rude and unfriendly, trying to prove that we were wrong for leaving our car in the lot instead of simply saying that because we left the car longer than expected there was a $10 charge. They were not customer friendly nor rational in the argument, even accusing us of parking and leaving, even though we had a reservation and ate at the restaurant. Even when we paid the $10 fee, hey threatened us and told us the car will be towed next time. We won’t be going there again. It ruined a good time and ended it on a very sour note. The hotel reception needs to be better trained in customer service.

My friends and I first stop when we came to LÀ, and it was so worth it. The staffs are so lovely, good communication and attentive (10/10) The food, yummmyyyy 😊😊😊 (10/10) So good and I for sure recommend to eat here!!
Okay but I’m not too impressed. The food was okay but a little boring, and I didn’t really have the feeling that the staff cared for the details. The staff felt busy and didn’t seem to have the interest to serve me a great breakfast. If the staff is not engaged, I am not either. A little expensive, too. But perhaps that is just a thing in LA. I’m gonna find another place to eat my breakfast tomorrow!

Had to opportunity to dine here during our stay in LA for my 40th birthday. I booked here because I enjoy places with a certain motif. Anyway, I had by recommendation given to me by a member of the staff to get to Country Breakfast Burrito. Let's just say nothing short of everything a brother needed. Capachino was great, my fiancé had the flight mimosa trio. This became a highlight of our stay. Great rooms and great food. Gonna go for another round and try something different tonight before the Rapsody concert tonight.
Food was good, however the service was a little slow. Very nice laid back atmosphere.

The place is very cool and welcoming, the staff is friendly and kind. The food was absolutely amazing, I tried their truffle mushroom burger and I highly recommend it. I had their mimosa flight so I could try the different juice options they have and they do have a good variety. The juices they used seemed fresh and natural. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.

The French toast is very soagy and the bacon is thin and extremely chewy. I recommend either air frying the French toast or leaving it on the eye longer and also putting the bacon in the oven
