There are 3 other ice cream shops in the area (in the farmer's market) were all closed when I arrived, so I went to the last place open which was this Haagen-Dazs, the line was long but not that terrible, and I already knew the prices were going to be high but its fine because you know exactly what you're getting here. It's fine, but only if you have no other options or want really expensive ice cream.

One of my favorite ice cream places ever -- I love that they let you sample any flavors before deciding and the person helping us out was super patient with us. My friend and I ended up getting the Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shops® Strawberry and the pot of gold and Rainbows (a rotating March flavor which was cereal-milk ice cream with lucky charms marshmallows)! Both flavors were sweet without being overwhelmingly so and a single scoop is the perfect size to satisfy a sweet craving.

Cute place with lots of dessert options. I had the hand dipped Strawberry Shortcake bar, which was yummy. The yogurt shell covered with graham crackers and drizzle provided crunch to pair perfectly with the creamy strawberry ice cream inside. Nice place to stop in between doing touristy things in LA.
