After reading the previous review, I felt the need to share my experience because it was very similar. I’ve been to other Hai Di Lao locations and expected the level of service the brand is known for, but this visit was disappointing.
Our server, Lily, was inattentive throughout the meal. We often had to flag her down for assistance, while other servers who passed by were noticeably more helpful. Instead of checking in to see if we needed anything, she repeatedly asked if we were ready to pay, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome.
The food was decent and the atmosphere was lively, but service is a major part of the Hai Di Lao experience, and it fell far below expectations here. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience stood out for the wrong reasons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the service issues

My girlfriend really wanted to go to din tai fung but I heavily suggested to try hai di lao as we didn't have on in vegas. That was probably the worst decision of the day.
Safe to say this was the worst experience we have ever had in any restaurant in general. Me and my girlfriend didn't have any issue starting from checking in to being seated. As this was our first hai di lao visit we didn't really know what to expect. Then that's when everything began going downhill.
Our server (Lily) was very inattentive. It took us a while to flag her down everytime we needed her for anything. She would probably pass by our table every 15-20 minutes. She kept on asking us if we were ready to pay. It felt like she just wanted us gone from the table. We didn't feel very welcomed at this hai di lao. The other servers who would pass by occasionally were very helpful. It just looked like the server that was assigned to us didn't want to serve us at all.
The only issue I had with this hai di lao was the service. I would rate it 0/5 if I could. The food was decent. The atmosphere around us was energetic.
The worst thing that lily did to our table was when she took the water pitcher from our table and provided it to another table leaving us with no water pitcher and she didn't even provide us a replacement. I had never felt so insulted in a restaurant.
I usually hold off on writing reviews even when I have had bad experience at restaurants but this is the worst treatment I have received.
Wouldn't go back here to say the least.
So all in all I made the decision to go to a restaurant with my girlfriend where we didn't feel welcome.
Please train your wait staff to do better.

Haidilao is our favorite place! The service is always so great. Food is so good and comforting :) Lots of free snacks while you wait and comes with a sauce bar to customize your own sauces! Our fave is the tomato soup base

The service was amazing the were so sweet and kind the lady at the bar treated me so nice and made the best peach tea it was so nice and they gave you little snacks and fruit they were also very hospitable the server that I had was named Nicole she was so sweet and they have these little toys 🧸. That are so nice and very respectful.
