Amazing service! The pork katsu curry came out as soon as I ordered it. The curry was really good and the price was just right. They have several options for lunch and good lunch combinations that are worth ordering. I wish I could upgrade the curry from their lunch combo to the katsu curry. Would recommend going here if you're in the little Tokyo area!

This place is fantastic for a small ramen date, in my opinion. I also think this place has one of the best ramen out there. Great prices for its amount.

Delicious food. Parking is usually easy and there is plenty of tables so wait time isn't bad at all. Great service as well

There are many choices to eat when you visit Little Tokyo in Los Angeles. This restaurant is my favorite. They don't have extravagant dish, but their food is always delicious. They have the best cold noodles ( Hiyashi) and my favorite is Hiyashi gomoku. Don't forget to order the coffee float.

Honestly, was on a quest of my own to discover genuine Japanese desserts after binge watching "Kantaro: The Sweet Tooth Salaryman" on Netflix. Hana Ichimonme was one of the places that helped toward fulfilling that mission as a place where I was able to find Shiratama Anmitsu on the menu! Think of the place as a casual style Japanese diner that serves a variety of comfort dishes to include Ramen, Curry Rice, and Yakisoba. I also had the Tonsai Yakisoba, and it was a pretty large portion. A great place for what it does, worth trying if you happen to be nearby and looking for a quick bite.

I had a stir fried noodles with shrimp and the food was pretty decent for the price. Service was good, staff is very kind and fast! Overall, I will be coming back again. Next time I'll try a ramen, my fiancé had one and it was really tasty :)

This review is based purely on the food I ate here. I tried their spicy coconut ramen and it just completely blew me away. I was looking for this type of coconut based soup and noodle combination. Each bite get better and better as the seafood in the bottom of my dish kept engulfing my mouth with more and more deliciousness. I've been looking for a dish like this since 2012 when I lived in San Francisco and went to a place called Burma super star . I'm super satisfied. Can't wait to come back again.

I've been visiting Hana Ichimonme Ramen for over 31 years now, and while it changed ownership a couple of years ago, it still holds a special place in my heart. I fondly remember the Japanese family owners who used to run the place, and their warmth and friendliness. The staff was always super friendly, and their excellent customer service made every visit memorable. Despite the change in ownership, my love for the ramen here hasn't wavered. It has become a cherished family tradition to gather here every weekend to enjoy the delicious food. What's impressive is that even with the change in ownership, the ingredients remain the same, preserving the authentic flavors that we've grown to love over the years. The new staff members are also super nice and friendly, and they go out of their way to make our visits enjoyable. It's heartwarming to see that three generations of my family, from my parents to my kids and me, have been loyal customers for such a long time. While I do miss the Japanese family owners, I am delighted that Hana Ichimonme Ramen continues to serve top-notch ramen and provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a taste of tradition and a delicious bowl of ramen. It's more than just a restaurant; it's a place where memories are made and traditions are upheld.
