Found this restaurant on a whim Monday night. The staff is attentive, the presentation is fantastic and the quality is remarkable. This is a must visit and worth your time! To be so lucky having THIS quality at the price is practically unheard of!!!

I like the small mom and pop-style restaurant. The fish was very fresh and high quality. Also good prices—recommend chirashi and omakase

The food wasn't as fresh as I expected. And although they spoke softly, the service wasn't very good. Compared to the price, the food and other things were a bit disappointing.

Parking: There is parking, but not much.

I had Hanabi Sushi Omakase and It was simply a Disappointment. I have tried $150, $200 Omakase before and so given it is a lot cheaper, I was not expecting a whole lot, but what I had was very disappointing. When I walked in 7:30pm on saturday night, there were only 2 tables with customers. Chef claims fish were fresh, but when I tried them, non of the fish were really fresh. I liked there Fried Eel and Uni but that was it. The biggest disappointment was Otoro and Sweet Shrimp. Sweet Shrimp is my all time favorite and it should be sweet and be melting in your mouth, but they weren't. Otoro should be fatty and oily... why does it taste frozen block of tuna you can get from a super market? Also, it's Omakase, you should be able to see the process of sushi being made (view was blocked by wooden table setup that they have, not glass), and I was expecting to be served one sushi at a time with explanation of what kind of fish it is... But all 12 sushi came out on a dish and server explained each sushi upon request. I can't speak for other meals, but when It comes to Omakese, this is not the place and I cannot understand this 4.8 rating. I would rather go to "All You Can Eat" to eat sushi. Friendly service and good Atmosphere for rolls, but NOT for Omakase from my experience.
2 order of Sushi Omakase and a $20 sake was about $180.

One of the best hole in the wall sushi spots! The fish is so fresh, the sushi chef comes up with extremely creative and delicious rolls and just an awesome experience with delicious food all around! Go for the bowls, Charashi and Toro Unagi! And please order a Truffle Salmon Miso Glaze roll!

We went in on Saturday night expecting a good meal based on prior reviews. We ordered various nigiri, including otoro. We also ordered the carpaccio sampler and a roll. The good: jumbo scallop sushi. It was soft and fresh with a nice citrus flavor. Some of the carpaccio was good as well. The bad: everything else. The Otoro is a premium fish. It was the worst tasting Otoro I've ever had. We were chewing through tendon or something. We had to spit some if it out. It didn't taste fresh either. None of the other fish tasted fresh either and they all came out a little too warm. I wouldn't recommend eating here at all.

Delicious! Highly recommend for a chill, well priced, very tasty, sushi dinner.

Our waitress was very friendly and patient with our indecisiveness. Even the chef was friendly. Sushi tasted fresh and they had a good amount of options depending what you’re in the mood for. 10/10
