Worst chicken sandwich ever.....

They had the nerves to give me two batches of old fries one were cooked twice so they were harder than the lukewarm fries that may have been fried just once but they were old the pastrami chicken sandwich was okay but I could have made that at home. Thanks for the banana pepper tip because at the price I paid I’d never be back my jaws hurt from those damn fries losers

I bought a chicken sandwich today and to my surprise it was three chicken tenders in a bun that didn't have much seasoning, reminded me of chicken tenders that you can get from the grocery store. The fries were good but not crispy. It's good but not something to go out of your way to.

The food was quick but the quality is a major fail! Got a sandwich from Hank's Chicken Sandwiches. The taste was good, but half through eating I noticed the bottom bun had lint embedded in it. And not just one piece, multiple! Too fine to detect in my mouth, ughhh my stomach turned ?. A shame because otherwise the sandwich was good and tasted fresh. How ever they make or store their buns is noo bueno!! The waffle fries were good but after that discovery I surely wasn't eating another bite of any of the food. The watermelon juice was extremely disappointing, a large portion but outrageously sweet omg. I mean wayyyyyy too sweet. Think McDonalds sweet tea with extra sugar. Really wish I could get a refund, sadly I did not order via Ubereats or DoorDash and was not going to bother driving back downtown. Very disappointing.

I ordered from this place from the door dash app about 4 times. Everything was great until the 4th time. I began eating my fries first and then proceeded to eat my chicken sandwich next. I pulled back the wrapper where I discovered my food has mold on it. My first traumatic food experience ever. Unfortunately I had to unlike the restaurant and I received my payment but I think that does not compare to the fact that they need to be inspected by the health department.

Hanks always hooks it up so fat. Don’t know really anywhere in la you can get two meals for $12. It’s a steal for how good it is them waffle fries bussin.

Absolutely delicious and worth it. This some good “ish” right here.

Owner was super nice and sincere. The honey smothered wings and waffle fries were so crispy and flavorful.

THERE WAS A FLY IN MY SANDWICH!!!!! I’m so disgusted they’re clearly not sanitary and now I’m concerned that employees ignore bugs in food and still serve it to customers!!!!! Very much not okay DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY EATING BUGS!
