Absolutely rude order taker female on the phone. I tried to place an order for a Bday cake and the female who answered was absolutely rude, combative, and unprofessional. She stated "I'm gonna tell your order only once" and stated, "Do you know how many people I have in the lobby?" I searched for bakeries in LA and Hansen Cakes Bakery and was not disappointed in the least. The prices were amazing and the cupcakes were delicious. They had a variety of flavors to choose from too. we'll be back when we're in town again!
