The cake I ordered was delicious. However, I was disappointed with the service. They did not make the cake as I ordered and I should have get the refund immediately, without asking for it by phone call and emails.
The new owner Joe K. was very kind and personable. We were running late to buy cupcakes so he let us come in to buy some after they locked up. He even gave our dog a treat and our dog loved him! Plus, their cupcakes are always top notch!

When I went to pick up my two cakes , I was so excited, but I saw one was chocolate buttercream, I didn’t realize I had selected that option, I wanted white
But the team at Hansens on Fairfax made my day! They immediately fixed the issue and just made my partners 30th Birthday much more amazing! It was such a delicious cake and beautiful!!
