If you want an explosion of flavor in your mouth, definitely go here! Ordered the rocket, all flavors. The flavor is big and the ice is smooth. I would go back but it's far from me. Rating 7.7/10. The wait is long so be prepared to wait your turn to order and to receive. The location is cool, the vibe is whimsical.

Wow.... I had the pineapple gelati sundae and it was delicious. The water ice was yummy and the soft serve was also great. The fresh roasted pineapples and the sauce were amazing
Definitely worth checking out if you've never had philly water ice. I am definitely a fan, and their (seasonal?) peach flavor is fantastic. The place is clean with good service, music, and speedy. Also, the branding is on point.
Used to be all vegan, but they added dairy soft serve to the menu. Oat milk soft serve was very tasty.
Also, you get color changing spoons, which is a fun bonus.

My organization invited Happy Ice to be at our event and our students LOVED IT! We had the Happy Buggy Cart at our event which came with plenty of ice servings for our guests, one helpful and super sweet worker, and a really cute set up! They were extremely responsive and clear communication especially since we contacted them last minute. And the best part was the product was SO DELICOUS! We are excited to have Happy Ice back at our next event!
