Definitely worth checking out if you've never had philly water ice. I am definitely a fan, and their (seasonal?) peach flavor is fantastic. The place is clean with good service, music, and speedy. Also, the branding is on point.
Used to be all vegan, but they added dairy soft serve to the menu. Oat milk soft serve was very tasty.
Also, you get color changing spoons, which is a fun bonus.

My organization invited Happy Ice to be at our event and our students LOVED IT! We had the Happy Buggy Cart at our event which came with plenty of ice servings for our guests, one helpful and super sweet worker, and a really cute set up! They were extremely responsive and clear communication especially since we contacted them last minute. And the best part was the product was SO DELICOUS! We are excited to have Happy Ice back at our next event!

We’re still smiling ear to ear after having Happy Ice at our office’s summer soiree! Asia and the team were so helpful in guiding us through the booking process, from which cart we might want to which flavors we’d like to feature. Danny arrived on time with a positive attitude and was professionally efficient in setting up the buggy. He was so thoughtful and clean in scooping each person’s individual combination of flavors. Our guests arrived hot and exhausted from a long week of work, but Happy Ice was the best way to keep them cool and coming back for more fun!

Stopped by to have some vegan shaved ice. Nice place very little place to sit or stand. I got the cherry,mango watermelon with soft serve it tasted good. Clean place parking not great.

I was lured in by the Happy Ice Rainbow design… What is this ice of Philadelphia? Well it’s like sorbet & it is swirled together in fun colors & served in a cup.
I was treated to my very first Happy Ice by a lovely family from Boston. They offered to buy me a Allstar flavor as the best one to try. Who could resist such kindness? So Sweet & memorable!
It was a lil creamy-like & had great sweet & sour flavor. It was delicious as described!
Excellent walkable location near a bunch of other fun spots on Melrose. Seating inside & out. Great friendly service! Metered Street parking all over area.
