Abysmal dining service. If this restaurant knew what was good for itself, it would close by the end of the year and (with the Lord’s help and new management) re-open in 2025. 🙏🏾

I ordered the catfish & grits option through waiting almost a whole hour by the way an app unaware that the option contains shrimp. I have a severe shellfish allergy so when I took a bite I started feeling strange and threw up twice. Once I felt better I went back to the restaurant, I just wanted the order remade without shrimp I know they can’t refund me and I didn't want one I just wanted the food redone as I enjoy eating there and explained this to an employee at the register she apologized and said she would take care of it. Not sure if I spoke with a manager but she decided to she show me on the menu the option does contain shrimp however if you are ordering through an app it does not display want it contains. Maybe the music was too loud and there was some miscommunication I was trying to communicate I do not want a refund and she seemed un-empathetic after awhile so I decided to leave. I am from Chicago I have always loved Harold’s chicken but moving forward I will only support the ones in Chicago.

came on a weekday evening at closing time. the staff was really nice to me and let me hang out. they take care of me everytime here at harolds.
the bartender tristan was a handsome ken doll to me. he was very pleasant and for a corona and a thigh it cost me ten bucks and got a extra piece!!!!
i love this harolds chicken on hollywood blvd.
if have time go grab mimosas or the marathon with tristan behind the bar!!!!

The food was horrible. My chicken was pink. My collard greens taste like yams. The staff was the worst and focus more on his phone than the customers. His attitude was the worse. The drinks were watery and had a bad aftertaste. I have never complained so much in my life. I will never go here again.

I’m from the Chicagoland area, this establishment had the same energy. That’s not so much of a good thing. The food was great. The service sucked, and a few of the customers were suspect!

My experience was underwhelming, I was excited to try the famous Chicago Harold's Chicken and was let down. I ordered the 3 wing and chicken Gizzard plate and the Gizzards were burnt. I can't say that I will be back!

Food was delicious! Best meal I’ve had visiting LA. I recommend the Harold’s Strawberry Lemonade and the cat fish & shrimp!! Service was also amazing, Brittany was the absolute best!! I’ll be back soon!

We went in today for a quick drink and a snack for my 12 year old. The lady annoyed we were there…. sat us down and after 15 min of waiting…. she was carrying around napkins and ignoring us but walking around and talking to her co workers and not once acknowledge us after seating us.
We got up and walked out and again could have cared less we were there.
if you are white dont go here they dont want you.
