Great food but it took too long to come out its fried so I know it doesn’t take that long to cook.The hostess was too busy talking with her friends then being a good server.She needs to work on her customer service skills. I love supporting my people lets just work on the customer service.

Went here waited 20 mins at the door finally someone arrives i asked to buy a drink and order food togo they directed me to rhe bar where i waited for 20 more mins with no service. Then went back to front desk waited 10 more mins. Nothing lol this place is a joke, dont blame staff i blame management for being so cheap hire more people that was absurd

Absolutely terrible experience at Harold's Chicken & Bar. The chicken was dry and tasteless, and the service was incredibly slow. Not to mention, the prices are way too high for the quality you receive. Avoid at all costs!

I wish I could give zero stars. Harold's Chicken & Bar was a complete disappointment. The food was cold, the fries were soggy, and the atmosphere was lackluster. Save your money and go somewhere else for a decent meal.

Disgusting food and rude staff. Harold's Chicken & Bar is an embarrassment to the name. The chicken was greasy and undercooked, and when I politely brought it up to the waiter, they brushed me off. Never coming back here again.

Service was garbage too slow chicken salty fries cold chicken burnt yams nasty the fried mushrooms and okra was good Mac n cheese garbage

Placed a to go order an hour ago drove 30mins to the location just for the manager Chasity to tell me they canceled my order simply because they wanted to leave early the store was still open. Terrible customer service I would never eat here again.

Ok I made my reservation the night before. I walked up 20 min before my reservation their was definitely a lot of people in line. I waited till my reservation time to approach the door I was greeted very kindly in the midst of all the craziness trying to get in. She politely asked me to wait since she already checked me in. So i did and as i waited i observed some patron being extremely entitled and Kassidy handled it so professionally and gracefully i was in awe. She instructed us to come in about 5 min after waiting. We were greeted and sat by the bartender Erica . She was amazing. We got our drinks 10 min after we ordered bottomless mimosas (delicious) and ordered food Food for the soul….. delicious deliciousness. We also had the chicken and fries! Definitely one of the best! Ambiance was the best! Had such a great Sunday funday with my friend. We will definitely be returning! Oh we played games tooo and sang with the whole restaurant!!

Being from chicago my standards food wise is high when it comes to harolds chicken. It's definitely over priced but being that it's in Hollywood I kinda get it but with me only getting a 6 piece that's 24.00 I wasn't satisfied at all. Not enough mild sauce at all on my food. My wait time was 40 mins which is kinda insane. Chicken was ok, fries were ok I just really wish I got enough mild sauce. Something told me to get a side of mild smh. We gotta get the quality up, it feels good to get food from my home town but the taste and quality isnt there. I didn't dine in but the atmosphere looks cool... They definitely are understaffed which is unfortunate because I know GOOD help is hard to find. All in all food was meh and im easy to please. And what really bothers me is that im not satisfied and im still hungry lol. I'm still rooting for you all though.

This was one of the WORST experiences I've ever had eating out. The way that they advertise this place on IG is a total misrepresentation!!! Fake Fake Fake !Food was horrible, Grits Hard , Fish tast like rubber , fried chicken was way overcooked, they served our food on CHEAP paper plates and CHEAP plastic fork/spoon sets. The wait time was a whole other story , wait time was over an hour , hostess kept losing trake of who was 1st or who had reserved tables. I'm not sure, but I think she was letting people in that she favored over others. Etc. A friend of mine that I was with said it seems like everyone go there just to get drunk off of the Brunch Mimosas, and they don't realize how horrible the food & service is .Harold's Chicken & Bar MUST DO BETTER ?
