I have a huge complaint about Clarissa the Cashier. She has such a bad attitude. I have a child recovering from surgery and the last thing I needed was loud drama about where I needed to pay. I just want to pay and go. She has NO sympathy about the environment she is in. I have bigger problems at this time and she made my day worse.

The bacon cheese burger with fries is one of my favorites. The crew in the cafeteria is awesome. tables always clean.

I have been stuck in the hospital for our son for roughly 6 months, and the food was amazing value and good quality in the beginning. The burger especially. Good quality patty, good fresh ingredients to go with it for like 3.29. Fries another 2 bucks. Now that patty is about the worst beef patty I have ever had while they doubled the price on everything so it feels like a quadruple loss for us. It was nice having a decent place to eat while at the hosptial at a decent value, now a burger and fries is the same price as a double double meal but not even 1/4 of the quality.I know they changed management (according to some of the employees, it went about pinching pennies) but it's unfortunate that they seized the opportunity to gouge people like us that are stuck here. I have started to go to great lengths to get decent food instead of the HBO Cafe.I know it's long winded but just super bummed about the drop in quality and double price :/

This review is for Erik the chef. He is very considerate a people person and actually cares about people’s diet restrictions. He is very professional and considerate of everyone who is in line.
