I have been eating headliners since the 80s. It's been a long while since I was in, I do admit, so I have been trying to make it a weekly habit again.
Fail. Don't attempt success here.
The chicken was so small in portion that it does not even fit more than half of the sandwich. So I paid for a half sand at full price. Fries came out just borderline cooked, but ..not even close to well done as asked for.
And he did not ask if I wanted seasoned or regular fries.
One half inch of meat for a full half sand
No cheese on the bread, just the chicken lol, so no cheese if no meat.
Asked for the carmilzed onions that it comes with as it was, of course, missing, the two employees sat in the back of house arguing about the onions as if I was wrong to insist they were on the menu! Then, they said they had none. They looked at the menu three times, not believing me, then brought me a plate of raw onions!!!!
10 min. before that I went to get some cold water and saw that the coffee was on and running into a puddle on the floor...I turned it off and informed him of the spill he had and he actually looked at me like I may have been the culprit!
The chef doesn't care. If he doesn't care, then the food is f-ed matter what.
If they don't know the menu, don't expect the meal to be correct.
If the reviews are similar to this one and nothing changes, then you know the owners don't care.
You only have one shot to impress....you have to be ready to make it!
And the music is on a slow and low vibe. It's not the happy place I grew up in.
Was so sad that I could not ever go back again. Another loss. LA, what's wrong with you?!
Breakfast is your best bet there. For some reason, that is viable.

Honestly very impressed with this place. Don't expect fine dining or anything unusual. But if you're looking for classic diner fare you won't be disappointed. Got their big French toast (available all day) which is a feast of breakfast food (eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, and of course 4 pieces of French toast).

Working on the purple line around the corner, my partner and I decided to eat in on lunch break after sneaking out 5 mins early in a 30 min break, its just up the block. He'd been ravi g about how good the good and service is so I was lookig fwd! Ordered a turkey avo bacon w well done fries and a simple breakfast around 11:35...at 11:52 we were still waiting. Food came out and I asked to take my plate the guy was moving in such slow motion...he kept saying the plate was hot..it was an uncooked sandwich I hadda chase him for! At that point I asked for a refund and ran back to work hungry bc I had no time to do anythimg else. Called to voice my concern, Manager just said, "ok...?" As if my feeback wasn't valued. "We had a big order", he eventually said...so thats makes it ok to be nonchalant and the fries came out blonde...it would've taken all break just to get the food right. I saw at least 2 cooks, only a handful of of orders come out. I stay away at Noahs bagels instead.

Okay, so I’ve been to this place about 30 to 40 times over the past few years and this is the first review I’ve done. My bad for this! I’ve eaten everything from omelettes to chicken sandwiches to chicken wraps to fried fish to fried chicken to fries to nachos, almost everything on the menu as you can see. The food for one is always made to order and nothing is premade in the hopes of someone buying a particular type of food. Probably the best thing I’ve had here is the chicken wrap though. The sauces and the different options on the type of shell you can is awesome. This place is very busy in the morning so I would suggest ordering ahead if you can. Great place to eat though. I definitely recommend going to this place.

Messed up my order, I ordered over easy eggs and got scrambled eggs instead. Also the hashbrowns were extremely undercooked.
