To start it was mothers day. I know the staff must have been overwhelmed but it was mothers day. Would be nice to see their staff handle stress a little bit differently. My family and i chose this place to eat but i dont think i will ever come back. Their hostess fabiola was so rude. I approached her to get my name on the waiting list and she kept ignoring me. So i spoke to sergio im guessing a server he was kind enough to get her attention to me. After 15 min i finally got my name on the list. Mind you i have 2 toddles and my sister has her 2 toddlers as well. After an hr wait we get seated. I asked for there to be 4 high chairs and sadly all 4 high chair seat belts were not working. As in the belt buckle was missing on all 4 high chairs. It was 94 degrees i would expect the server to be kind enough to offer water right away. We had to wait 15/20 min. To get our drink order in. The bar was in charge of giving the servers the drinks so it was nothing she can do. After that another 15 min to get our drinks and finally put our food order in. Once we got our drinks the horchatas we ordered tasted so watered down. The pepsi or coke that was given to me was partially water too. Rose was kind enough to bring me a bottled coke and some ice. Rose was our server. After another 20 min i asked rose to check on our food order, my kids were getting impatient & up on the high chairs since they had no buckles to tie them in. After 53 min our food was finally coming out not all at once but at least there was some food coming to our table. Ok now that theres food coming i would think they would prioritize the mommies at the table. No sadly me and my 2 sisters got our meal last. I had the steak fajitas and they forgot my rice & beans i let the server know and she said she would be back but time passed everyone is done with their meal and i got no rice & beans :( so at this point im sad its mothers day i didnt really get to enjoy my meal. Rose was kind enough to bring a dessert to the table on the house. I did speak to sebastian the manager and his attitude was just over whelming not very understanding at all. I wasnt looking for a discount i just wanted to have a nice meal on mothers day. So overall if your thinking on eating here for a holiday think twice.

Food was good. My only issue was that the eggs I ordered for my huevos rancheros were over cooked. I ordered over easy but, it wasn't. The atmosphere seemed somewhat authentic to Mexico and the murals are great!

Nothing special about this place
This is by far the best Mexican restaurant I’ve been too. The food is very authentic, and the drinks are 10/10. Everyone is so nice and attentive to all your needs. Thank you for the excellent service.

The food is great. I've dined in several times and used them to cater 2 parties. A friend who attended one of those parties also hired them for catering. Their portions are generous reasonably priced. The chile verde is a favorite and also their steak fajitas. The rice and beans are always in point.
The restaurant itself could use some updating. The seating area is technically outdoors but they've covered it from wall to wall with a makeshift roof. It can be little hot in the summer and a little drafty in the winter but they try to mitigate it with lots of fans (a little noisy) and heat lamps. I don't mind the atmosphere but it's worth no. Street parking only, it can be challenging at times.
