Welcome to the neighborhood! The quality of the food and service were very impressive, especially considering they are in their soft opening! The design is absolutely spectacular as well. It’s nostalgic and cozy yet modern and elevated. I look for forward to many more meals here!

You pass the main door with Hermon’s curtain hiding what’s inside and you get straight into a chic but warm atmosphere… I could not wait to sip the house gin martini with blue cheese olives that was right on point, then the garlic bread came and I broke it by hand for my friends, it tasted like buttery heaven. The tartare is my way to assess a restaurant as I love it so much and I am french so I had many of them from different places around world… it’s bomb, I recognized the spicy effect from Sichuan pepper taking me right back to my expat life in China while eating my favorite traditional french meal… I almost licked the plate ! then came salad, branzino, mushroom bourguignon all beautiful in the plate and so delicious. The burger with fondue cheese is iconic and I wanted a second one. Took both desserts as a french can’t choose between 2 end of a meal, the Alaska won big time !
I want to go back, bring my brothers, parents and best friends when they visit me from the homeland. An instant favorite, D K congrats man ! And to your entire staff !
See you very soon

This. Was. Delicious.
Tried the steak tartar, the vongole and the potato fritter. Every plate shined in its own way and was so flavorful!
Honestly a lovely dining experience and a welcome addition to Los Angeles

Hermon caught our eye just from driving by before it opened. We were excited to try it right after the grand opening. Seating was fast with a reservation, our waitress was knowledgeable and attentive, the old fashion was perfectly balanced and the burgers full of flavor and decadent. The atmosphere reminded me of a dim light restaurant in New York. Perfect low key but upscale spot for a date.

Hermon’s is where you want to be. Replace one of your five monthly Houston’s visits and give this new spot a try! Don’t miss: martinis. Small martinis. Espresso martinis. And all the food.

Appetizers were both delicious and well-priced, and the main dishes were portioned perfectly for sharing. Service was wonderful—attentive and welcoming. Already excited to return for the burgers!

We were lucky to secure a reservation for Hermon’s on their opening night! There was definitely a healthy line of walk ins, so reservations are recommended. First off, the vibes of the place are cozy and comforting. Exactly what you would want in a neighborhood spot . The cocktail list was impressive to me (and I love my cocktails) so I adored the thoughtful attention to this part of the menu. My only note would be the drinks often took a long time to arrive (although the food was well paced) but I have full confidence the team will soon work this out….it was opening night after all.
We enjoyed the fries, garlic bread, burger and mushroom bourguignon. Everything was delicious and I’m excited to see the menu expand as this was limited to start.
Of note, there didn’t seem to be any items marked vegan on the menu, but there could be some coming down the line or when modified. We also brought our five month old daughter who fit in perfectly for the seating, and we saw a family with their two year old and a 9 week old as well. However, it is unclear if there are high chairs available so families take note.
All in all, excited for Hermon’s - when you are here, you are in Hermon!

From the moment you walk in the door, you know this is a special place. Timeless and buzzing with energy. The design, the people, the menu, the martini's and the tiny tinis, the wines, the celery cocktail, the burger, the salads, the cookie... A neighborhood spot that already feels timeless, where you can go to 2-3 times a week and it always feels good. can't wait to go back.

Hermon’s is pure charm, warm lighting, a touch of nostalgia, and a menu absolutely worth the Westside trek.
The scallop crudo is bright and clean, like it practices breathwork. The tuna carpaccio is silky and hypnotic. The loaded potato fritters were the runaway favorite and aggressively elbow guarded.
The salads slap, full stop. The zucchini and burrata tastes like summer behaving its best.
Then the mains roll in and Hermon’s really flexes. The mushroom bourguignon is comfort food that studied abroad in Paris and returned a star. The whole branzino is bronzed, flavorful, and now living rent free in my head.
Lemon baked Alaska arrives like the headliner, perfect, dramatic, unforgettable.
Hermon’s is that rare new spot that nails every detail. Inviting, polished, and genuinely happy you’re there. The food hits, the drinks are generous, and the whole place hums with rizz. Last Word Hospitality did it again.
Already planning my return.

Hermon’s is exactly what the neighborhood needed. We visited during their opening week, and everything from the ambiance to the food to the service was outstanding. The space is chic and swanky with a classic, elevated style - dim lighting, great decor, and background music that creates the perfect vibe without being overpowering. It feels upscale yet comfortable, the kind of place you can come for a date night or bring the kids and still feel totally at home.
We started with the coconut shrimp - so meaty in a flavorful sauce - a great opener. For entrées, the hangar steak and lasagna were both excellent. The steak was cooked beautifully and seasoned just right, and the lasagna packed a punch of flavor in 2 sheets of pure love. Service throughout the meal was attentive, friendly, and professional, especially considering it’s a brand-new restaurant.
Our kids were blown away by the desserts. The baked Alaska was a fun, nostalgic showstopper, and the chocolate chip cookie baked in a cast-iron skillet with vanilla ice cream a la mode was an instant family favorite. They’re already asking when we can go back just for dessert.
Overall, Hermon’s delivered an impressive experience across the board. It’s stylish, welcoming, and the food is top-tier. We’re excited to have this gem right here in Hermon, and we’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!
