Hey Hey Reviews
Lovely surprise on a Sunday afternoon. As if the drinks and cozy atmosphere wasn’t enough to keep you coming back, they added cuddle puppies to the equation 🥰🥰🥰🥰
It’s a nice place to relax and have a nice conversation with a friend or get some work done. The boba it’s nothing really special but it’s good, I tried the T.T and I liked it. I noticed that they have board games and you can use them while you wait for your drink.
The downside it’s the parking, there’s street parking but you have to be lucky enough to find a spot right away.
I’ll be back again to try something else it’s a nice please and the baristas...read full review

Hey Hey is a cozy and comfortable restaurant located in Echo Park, offering a variety of drinks and snacks. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with thoughtful decor and humane touches throughout. The ambiance is great, making it a nice spot for a cute meet and greet with a friend or a romantic interest.
The signature drink, the HeyHey, is a boba milk tea with a soft and sweet flan-like pudding. Customers can enjoy this creamy and less caramel-flavored drink, as well as choose to have it with less ice. Another popular option is the Jasmine Tea with Oat Milk, providing a refreshing and creamy taste without being overly sweet. The Mango Tango has also received praise, with one customer stating it calmed their nerves after a hectic day.
Hey Hey serves Japanese-inspired snacks, including the Kizami Shiitake Onigiri, a cold onigiri made with kelp and shiitake mushrooms boiled in soy sauce. The restaurant offers a few sushi rolls and a variety of pastries and sweets. The drinks are known for their extra special look, appealing especially to those with a sweet tooth.
The interior of Hey Hey is spacious and comfortable, featuring tables and chairs both inside and outside. While the seating includes some funky couches, there are plenty of clean and nice options available. Customers can enjoy their drinks and snacks in a cozy and relaxed setting, and even use polaroids to create their own graffiti art on the wall.
Overall, Hey Hey is a great spot for bubble tea, coffee, and light Japanese-inspired bites in the Echo Park area, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Parking can be a bit tricky, but metered parking is available, and neighborhood parking is easier once familiar with the area.
