I've been to a lot of Michelin restaurants around the world and this is easily a one star. Fantastic food and service and the pacing was perfect. Just look at the fish main course... Grilled perfectly on charcoal. Definitely coming back next time I'm in

We had tried out the new a la carte menu that started Aug '24 and enjoyed ourselves! We had gotten 5 dishes and they were all pretty solid. We almost got a second order of the blue prawn donuts because they were incredible. We also loved the sweet corn dessert, the perfect way to end the meal. Our only complaint was that the rice felt a bit cold and crunchy by the time it got to us, as though it were prepared a bit in advance and sat. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves...

A while ago, during LA restaurant week, a friend recommended this small fine dining restaurant called hibi., located in an inconspicuous plaza in Koreatown. The restaurant week menu is the same as their usual menu, but the price is a little cheaper so it's a good deal. There are 7 dishes in total, and it's really a surprise!

All the dishes are delicious! It's a Japanese-Korean fusion restaurant so every dish has a flavor that suits my Asian stomach....
