I went in to get a small order. First time here though I live up the Vista. Firstly, that door…anywho, the cashier was a young black woman without an ounce of happiness on her face as we approached. Not even welcoming us or asking if we needed time. It was overall poor customer service. Wasn’t even polite to my boys. We waited and it was getting a little long for what we ordered so I went up to the counter. The young man working with the most beautiful dark skin and high cheekbones also, looked like he’d never been happy. I guess he’s the only barista and what not but…idk I worked in food service I didn’t see a third, expediter. One of us got a matcha and shortly claimed it to be the worst one they’ve had and the simple drink I had, I could’ve gone to the liquor store for a juice. It just wasn’t pleasant enough to visit again.

Just wow. I had the breakfast burrito and that ish was to die for. I was definitely surprised with the taste and how fast I devoured it lol. I also got a tea and it was perfect for me. My gf enjoyed her food as well. The atmosphere was great too and it was a perfect place and way to start our day. Cheers from FL

It’s pricey, but they have pistachio milk, and their mocha is good. Barista makes a good coffee. Breakfast I’ve had with a super tasty. Thumbs up on product.

Thumbs down on service. I understand they are slow, no problem, come prepared, they are slow, but it’s good.

But the passive aggressive under the breath service is too much.

Had to check on my drink, the barista tells me she has my order in her hand. “Great. Thank you.”

A few names called. Not me. I see someone after me with their drink. I ask again, “No mocha for Daniel?”

“There’s a mocha out there.”

“Yeah, but that says it’s for Brenden.”

“That’s the mocha you ordered.”

“What’s in it?”

“Whatever the ticket says is in it.”

“The ticket is gone now and that’s why I’m asking. C’Mon ladies, I tipped $3.00 on $10 coffee.”

Barista rolls her eyes! lol.

Look, I’m not THAT important, I can totally get over this. They are busy, it’s slow, I get it. But I tip to be nice, not to get my way. I go to a nice establishment that broadcast human dignity on their walls, I do expect a little human decency as we exchange the goods. I don’t want to be suspicious that they don’t offer to add my points to my account because they don’t care. Or that they deliberately use a smaller voice when they call out the names. Or that they don’t care 2 seconds enough to remember to write the correct name on the order. I don’t want to wonder why the barista doesn’t look me in the eye and say to me, as I stand 5 feet away, “your coffee’s ready.”

It’s too much work and I’ve been through too much to start doubting my intuition now. Nah, you keep the hate. I know what I see. The elder that walked out with me heard and saw it all, and even she felt like she had to apologize to me for the girl.
“If this is the worse thing wrong with my Sunday, I’m still doing way fine! But I wont be back!”
Lol. Hell to the nah.

I wont be going back. No way. And its way worth my time to call out disrespect

They take too long. They cost too much for a simple breakfast. And when I complained, the chef did not cook my bacon until done!!! I know serving me at all was a problem. I'm not good enough to spend my money?

Elite is not anywhere in the kitchen cooking. Or in service at all..none of us are too good to give or receive Excellent customer service.
I will not be back.
Americans like me set the standards, and they are tradition in my culture!!!
Get it right.

We made a stop at this spot after a quick google search before heading back to San Diego! It was delicious! The vanilla latte I got was so tasty. We also ordered a breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwich which were both yummy as well. Overall super impressed with the flavors. The location is in the back of the building by the parking lot which took us a minute to figure out. Glad we stopped and will be back if I am ever close by.

Spontaneous stop at this inspirational and uplifting venue 👏🏽Must try the 🪻 latte and beignets with berry dip 😋 My daughter tried the breakfast sandwich and it was good. I am a tater tots lover and on a mission in trying as many as I can! Delicious with spicy mayo sauce 👌🏽Go visit and enjoy the variety of options in the menu.

Everything we ordered from here was insanely delicious. I don’t usually order lattes, but I wish I did from here because I was grabbing sips from my girlfriend’s Black Rose Latte every chance I got. I ordered the Avocado Droptop and would definitely recommend.

Cool vibe of this cafe tucked away in the back of this shared space pavilion. Seating for about 30, service was excellent for our to go order.

Ordered the Soul Bowl (which was outstanding!) and the short rib grilled cheese which was tasty and filling. Two of us split these for lunch. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu.

Came here for breakfast with my sister. It was pretty empty, so food and service was quick. I got the bangin breakfast sandwich and the horchata matcha latte. My sister got the breakfast burrito and hazelnut latte. Food and drinks were pretty expensive for the quality. The latte was amazing but my matcha latte was definitely not the greatest. We both agreed the food lacked some seasoning and flavor. The atmosphere, however was great with music! Lots of tables perfect for studying or getting work done.
