Holy Grounds Coffee and Tea

I was looking for a place to work and enjoy the morning. I’m so happy I found Holy Grounds. Their ceremonial matcha is delish and the breakfast sandwich is yummy not too heavy. The outdoors area with the soothing fountain was perfect for working on my new Somatic and Sound Course. I will definitely come again.

Of course I ordered the Cafe de Olla, and of course it was wonderful. I love this place!

I have been driving by this place for OVER A YEAR. So excited to try it I finaly was able to stop by. The service was slow. I waited about 10 min to get my matcha. I ordered a large matcha with vanilla. I could not even asked them to fix it becaue i felt bad asking then too. I took one sip and it didnt even taste anything. It was just light colored green milk with a hint of vanilla. I do my best to aways support independent coffee shops. But man this makes me not want to. Because theres a higher chance my drink will taste like nothing. Super annoyed. Won't be going back.

I am giving this place a 1 star due to the fact that find you can’t label you’re business “holy” if the drink’s do not taste like they were made from the heart,and soul also the fact the owner will gaslight people with a valid opinion on why the place has gone downhill this year is a good way to lose customers good job using spirit as a label to garner customer’s shame on you!

Glad I found this cute place for some reading time and to just chill while visiting LA. Staff is super nice and parking is easy on the street. The courtyard is pretty.

Love this quirky little coffee shop, with a beautiful garden space. It's a tad neglected but adds to the charm. Coffee maker as delicious and everyone was very kind.

Extremely slow service!! A matcha latte took over 30 minutes and I didn’t even get my drink so I can’t even tell if it was good or not. Don’t come here expecting good and fast service

GORGEOUS patio, good food & drinks (esp Munster breakfast sandwich), wifi (no power outlets - all outdoor seating), free 2hr street parking directly in front, gender neutral accessible bathrooms
