Great experience as always, but one hiccup this time. We love this restaurant and it's one of our go-to spots! The food was delicious, and overall the service was good. However, we did notice the waiter seemed a bit annoyed when we returned two sodas that were flat. It was a small issue, but it made the interaction feel a little uncomfortable. Still, we always enjoy dining here and will definitely be back!

I hadn't been to Home since it changed locations. It still has a comfortable tree house vibe, but with a more elevated menu and attentive service. It's better than before. The crowd was older, too. I would happily take an older family member here for an alfresco dinner.

I've been here a few times over the years and I've always enjoyed the charming ambience. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated on time. Our waiter was attentive with a personality which is good. The food was good, not overwhelming but good. The way they have their speakers positioned, some patrons will get a full blast of music in their ears. Yes, that was us. They need to move these speakers higher or something else. I'd return to Home if in the area.

The restaurant itself is charming, and the food was good, but unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by our server, Michelle. Hospitality seemed entirely absent from her approach, which is especially frustrating given the automatic 20% gratuity. Despite the poor service, my wife still made a polite request for a candle on my dessert—only for it to arrive without one, with no acknowledgment of the occasion. I don't usually leave reviews unless I'm either very impressed or very disappointed, and sadly, this is the latter. A restaurant experience isn't just about food, it's about how guests are treated. Michelle, along with the host that day, could benefit from serious hospitality training. This experience left such a bad impression that I won't be returning.

As someone who has worked in hospitality and dined at restaurants around the world, I know that a fundamental part of being a server is providing a welcoming and positive experience for guests. Unfortunately, Michelle seems ill-suited for this role, as she clearly does not care about customer service. It's disappointing that such a charming restaurant with great food and ambiance would allow its reputation to be damaged by poor service. I hope management takes greater care in hiring and training staff, as service is a direct reflection of their brand and can significantly impact a guest's experience. Because of Michelle, I am giving this restaurant only one star, and I am seriously reconsidering whether I will return.
