They steal. $70 for a sandwich, bagel, two muffins, and three drinks. Adding all items together…there was a $10.60 charge for “other” and we didn’t buy anything else. Also then they added 20% tip on top without us authorizing. They never even asked. Crooks!!

The wrap on display looked delicious. I payed $20 for it and then received the smallest little wrap I've ever seen. It looked like half of a wrap. Pictured. One would have to buy two for a proper meal. Additionally, to pay by card for your takeout it does not give you the option of no tip. You have to select other and put in $0. The whole vibe of this place seems like a scam. Not impressed. The staff were directing patrons around as if they were idiots and couldn't read the signage. Bye. 👋🏻

Horrible customer service. After waiting 20 minutes for them to microwave my $20 BLT, I couldn’t wait any longer. The manager begrudgingly refunded my payment to my credit card, but kept the tip (reason #1001 not to tip at POS terminals). When I demanded the tip back she said that I didn’t ask for the tip back so that’s why it wasn’t refunded. When I said I wanted it back too, she started processing the refund, but seemed to be stalling. I had to leave to catch my flight so never did get the tip back.
To summarize, never again.

Paid $17.50 for HALF of a mediocre chicken caesar wrap (didn’t realize until after I got it that they don’t give you a full wrap, should’ve checked before). Save your money and go somewhere else. This is beyond airport pricing, it literally feels like a scam. The workers are nice though.
