We always get a breakfast sandwich combo with a drink and chips. Sandwiches are thick and delicious. Donuts are good and fresh. My husband likes the coffee frappe. I don't. It's too sweet but he loves it. My son loves the strawberry banana milkshake.

i always get the breakfast turkey & bacon croissant and it just gets better everytime i order it, i’m so obsessed with it!!! i looove their buttermilk chocolate donut as well ? the vietnamese iced coffee is the best i’ve ever had and this shop is always a first choice for it ? when i’ve ordered it on doordash they even provide the ice in a separate cup so it doesn’t water the drink down on its way to me which i’ve appreciated the woman are all very sweet as well whenever i go in person :D 10/10 place ?

The five star rating is for the Vietnamese Coffee. I’m from Orange County where there is a lot of Vietnamese food, “Little Saigon.” Hence I can appreciate good Vietnamese coffee. Check out this place if you have to go to the doctor at USC Deck/County ER. It’ll make your health a little sweeter.
This is my alternate option during my lunch time. It’s a small shop run by wonderful ladies. They’re always welcoming & friendlyMy typical order is a Roast Beef sandwich with everything - lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and avocadoI usually follow this with their Vietnamese iced coffee. This is an extra boost of power halfway through my day.

The best goto spot when you’re looking for a quick bite, snack, fresh juice, smoothie or coffee.Plenty of options with a wild variety to satisfy your cravings or munchies.This is the local hub in the neighborhood, easy to walk to but also has parking.The ladies who work here are awesome, they acknowledge you when you come in, very helpful, kind and accommodating.
