Honey Hi has a really nice selection of fresh and healthy options. It's a great spot for a quick bite or to grab something on the go

The steelhead salmon sandwich was delicious. But was it steelhead (a trout) or was it salmon? Kind service. Not exactly friendly.

Adorable spot in echo park with SO MANY gluten free options!!! I had a hard time deciding until my friends agreed to share with me so that we could try a little bit of everything 🤪 The pancakes and breakfast burrito were fantastic! I'll be back.

For the price, I would hope for more flavor/volume of food.

Food is fine (but I love it bc I’m gluten free), but the prices listed on the menu here are wayyy cheaper than in the restaurant. I told the person working and she was super rude about it. I think they could really do a lot more with the space and menu, but still I’m glad it’s here and will continue to visit.

Food was great
But There is no Bathroom in the establishment, which is insane for me to understand out of a shop that sells coffee and breakfast foods with ample indoor and outdoor seating.

DRY. THE FOOD IS DRY. THE POACHED EGG IS HARD BOILED. WOULD NOT COME BACK, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The miso bowl is consistently one of the best meals I have when I eat out in Los Angeles. It’s so tasty, healthy, and colorful.

I love that everything is gluten free so it's a safe space for me! Also that all of their meat items are grass fed and pasture raised.

We stopped here after weeks of looking for places to eat on vacation that wouldn't make us sick. Totally recommend it. They're celiac-friendly. Their bread ingredients are the same as what I use at home. If they were in Vegas, we'd be there all the time.

Honey Hi is a gem tucked away in Echo Park, serving up fresh, health-focused food without sacrificing flavor. Everything on the menu is gluten-free, and most ingredients are sourced locally. I ordered the turmeric chicken bowl, and it blew me away — perfectly tender chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, sauerkraut, and a coconut curry sauce that tied everything together beautifully. The space is small but bright and cozy, with lots of plants and a chill vibe. Great for solo brunch or a low-key lunch with a friend. It’s a little pricey for casual fare, but you’re definitely paying for quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. Bonus points for having friendly staff who genuinely seem to enjoy working there.

Amazing gluten free bread made with really good ingredients. I got the breakfast sandwich and a loaf of bread and was pleasantly surprised with everything.

I picked up a DoorDash order from Honey Hi and was seriously impressed with the place. The staff was super friendly and had the order ready fast. The vibe is calm, clean, and stylish — and everything coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. The ingredients seemed really fresh and thoughtfully sourced. I definitely plan to come back as a customer — that miso bowl and lamb sandwich are calling my name!
