I met my girlfriend here. We’ve been together for like 2.5 years now. Thanks honeys! Also, to the people complaining about having to tip the bartender- stay home? You’re probably a horrible person and bringing the energy down anyways.
Place is small, so expect to be close to people.
Femme brunette bartender was rude. It wasn’t even busy and she was acting like everything was the biggest inconvenience. She needs to find a diff job cuz shawty acts like she’s absolutely miserable
Mack made the night. Zach, Ash, and Mack were very sweet and professional. Drinks were delicious and everyone was very chill. Always be smart and safe, and if you had a good time here leave a review! Very nice atmosphere.

As one of the only lesbian bars in the city, i would expect a greater degree of hospitality and courtesy. Previously, we tipped 20% on top of the mandated gratuity, even though the bartenders act questionably. We wanted to show our friends what the queer scene can look like and we left utterly disappointed. Don’t expect any sense of community or respect, especially for queer women of color.

need better djs ! cute ambience
Man I’m from out of town and was so excited to hit the night scene with my friend! The bartender ANGE was totally rude! I tried to order a Negroni and a Long Island and she told that she couldn’t make a Long Island so when she helped other people, I waited and watched her make four double dirty Shirley’s. When I went to order a different drink (a double Moscow mule) She proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t make doubles. I thought it was super weird! I was like, “I just watch you make four doubles” and then she told me she would make this exception for me and proceeded to short pour me(I bartend as well) It was only the second round I ordered of the night! When I ordered a third round, a different bartender had no problem making me a double. I ordered six drinks (3 rounds of 2) For me and my friend and when I got the bill, I noticed they added two extra drinks. Super scetchy and weird bar!! Check your tabs!!! Don’t go to ANGE! Weird vibes!!

So glad there is finally a lesbian bar in LA, but the vibes are a bit off. The music is not great for dancing, it’s a lot of stereotypical white girl pop music but remixed. I’ve been here twice and it feels like a junior high school dance instead of a night club. This place seems to attract socially awkward people, and I’m not sure how many are actually lesbian/wlw. I really want to like it, but the culture needs improvement for it to really feel awesome. Something needs to change to attract a cooler crowd and to get people feeling more comfortable in their skin here. Improving the music would probably help a lot.
EDIT: I’m removing another star because some of the DJs here are anti-Semitic and show up to their gigs covered in Palestinian flags
A fun little spot. Great service from the bar, a fun place to dance.
One of the best queer spots I have ever been to. Two things to know: bathroom situation is ridiculous, only two single stalls. They also have a mandatory 18% gratuity, which they are very upfront about. I would go back
Great vibes, excellent cocktails, lovely service. Best lesbian bar I've been to yet!

The vibe was great. Definitely a safe space for everyone. The drinks were not it though. A few people in my group ordered some of their specials and they all disliked them. I ordered a Paloma and it did not taste like a Paloma at all - bartender added so many extra ingredients; the guy next to me even questioned the drink. The music was decent but the dj kept turning the music up louder and louder every 10 minutes. A clown showed up.. random. Bartenders did tell you up front about the automatic 16% gratuity charge.
Need more safe spaces. Glad this place exists!
great time every time i've been there.
I’m a tourist and have only been here once, but I had a great experience. The bartender was friendly, and it was a fun nightlife experience being surrounded by lots of other queer ladies. We need more spaces for sapphic women like these. Yeah there was a cover charge and mandatory tips, but it’s important for the staff and venue to make money. I thought the charges were totally reasonable, and I have no complaints

I went here tonight because it was an acquaintance’s of mine’s birthday and we were invited to come out and celebrate. A group of guy friends and I ordered drinks as soon as we stepped in. It was kind of late and we were chill, just settling into a room that was mostly just people dancing on the dance floor. Keep in mind my friends and I are “straight passing” hispanic men The girl bartender walks over to us from in front of the bar, after us being there for all of 5-10 minutes and said: ”hey this is a room full of mostly gay people and you standing here makes them uncomfortable. Can you go stand over there?”
I couldn’t believe my ears. It felt like the equivalent of somebody saying “you have to sit in the back of the bus because your existence is making these white people uncomfortable”. It takes a whole lot of prejudice to come up to a group of people who are minding their own business and say something like that.
And even further the assumption of my sexuality from anyone (let alone a business) and then being removed from a space based on that is so backwards to everything I believe in; I can’t even begin to tell you how much that makes my blood boil.
I’ve been to gay bars all around the world and this is the least “safe place” I‘ve ever experienced. I will never come back.
