I enjoy ordering take out at Hong Kong Express on Olympic Blvd in Los Angeles every so often. I order white rice and orange chicken bowl here. It's never been a problem. I wouldn't know whether workers are rude or yelling because I'm ignorant to the language and it's tone etiquette spoken by employees. That being I wouldn't avoid this place based on the amount of bad reviews for rude customers service. There are no shortage of customers for this restaurant....
So I may be partial since I have been coming here for years, but the food is pretty good for the most part and the prices are about the same as anywhere else. Now that being said there will be times were the food is meh and the service could be better sometimes, but I am indifferent towards the workers attitudes. The rice and Jalapeño wings are bomb and for what I got it was around $7.
I arrive at this marvelous place every couple of days as I enjoy the special air that is unique to this place. The personel is highly welcoming and skilfull. The service is very quick. Needless to say, the food they cook is great. I frequent many times and I was always pleased. The payment is honest. I recommend this place to my friends and family.
