I have gone to Hop Li downtown for over 40 years. Last night was the worst I’ve ever had there. I ordered eggplant, vegetable hot pot and salt squid with white rice. The hot pot arrived with broccoli and bok choy wrapped around glass noodles in a dry pot. NO BROTH. I know the waiter saw it when he brought it to the table and served it anyway. It was my first time ordering hot pot of any kind so I thought it should have broth but I didn’t say anything. The waiters were rude....

Typical family chinese restaurant. We needed a quick easy meal with 1 year old and they were fast with food and bill. They also were kind about my baby making a mess. Thank you for being flexible!
