About Horses

Horses is a cozy restaurant with a pub-like atmosphere, offering a delightful selection of small plates and cocktails. The food is described as delicious, featuring fresh ingredients and wood-fired preparation. Notably, the vodka pasta has received high praise, and the Caesar salad is outstanding with its perfectly zesty dressing made from endive leaves. The burger, while $30, is considered one of the best in LA, perfectly cooked medium with a juicy texture and an addictive crispy fry side. The service is attentive and polite, although there have been mixed experiences with staff, as some were unhelpful at times. Guests can enjoy their meals outside in a casual but classy vibe, making it ideal for date nights or small gatherings. While the steak may not impress as much due to its overpowering flavors, the overall experience at Horses is pleasant, making it a great spot for groups of up to four people.

We have been going to Horses ever since they opened since it’s right in our neighborhood. The most friendly staff with a big shout out to Amanda. The most amazing craft cocktails and absolutely delicious food. I think we’ve almost tried everything on the menu and have not been disappointed once. Can be hard to get a reservation, but we usually get there at 5:15 and are able to sit at the bar with no problem.
