HOT POT HOUSE（亨记花胶鸡火锅）

Ordered food on DoorDash, DoorDash sent me a text link on delivery status meaning the store was fulfilling their own order. The food was NOT HERE when it showed it has been delivered. Not at my door, not at apartment lobby, not anywhere. Delivery guy did not pick up their phone and did not respond to my texts. Called the store, went straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full LOL. Such a scam - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered a takeaway for over 70 dollars and got a meal for 20 dollars less. The phone numbers provided by Google Maps and major software are fake and cannot be reached. I took a taxi to the location provided on the map and there is not even a store. I don’t understand what fake phone numbers and fake addresses are. You mean, are you kidding?

Such bad food. We all had stomach problems after. DO BOT GO!

Swear to god. The food is not tasty at all. All of us had stomach problems after had their food. Keep going to restroom.

I ordered two portions of Huaxi Beef Noodles, which tasted very good and the noodles were just right in texture! The store ran out of chili paste and gave me a bowl of mung bean porridge. Thank you so much!

Every time gets lower and lower and they double charge you for rice because although it says on your order rice is included the greedy owner makes you pay for it

From packaging to taste, I definitely recommend!

I ordered a bowl of spicy dry pot for my lunch. I love the food. It was al lot bigger than I expected and very delicious. Highly recommended.
