The food is amazing and it's pretty self explanatory "hotbox", the food seems to never get cold. They have a variety of options as well and give big servings, especially their fries. Their cheese fries are super nice melted and gooey just be careful because they are really hot, they literally stayed hot even after I finished my burger. The burgers are also pretty good and stay warm for a good while. If your in the area I recommend you try this place. The only bad part is that there is no dine in, but that's ok because your food will literally still be warm by the time you get home.

Had a turkey burger and fries from here. I really enjoyed the food. My meal came with a lot of fries which some places don't do anymore. The food was season just right. My burger was good as well: service was friendly each worker seemed to be happy they spoke and smiled as well. Food took no time to be ready as well.

I have been a customer since they had the lil truck. I hadn’t been in a while & my how this place have changed. I had a call in order, i stood in the FRONT of the pick up line, as the cashier helped other customers for about 5 mins as if i was invisible. The blonde haired latino chick (which i used to like & used to be nice) looks at me & keeps walking, by this time there is now 2 people in line behind me. She then goes to the side where she cant be seen & shouts “anybody here for pick up” the guy behind me shouts he does (as if I’m not standing in front of him or in line at all) at this point I’m irritated cause why tf would u shout when clearly its a line, she obviously didn’t want to help me. After all these years & the death of the original owner & founder this place has definitely CHANGED…kinda sad how businesses loose appreciation for their customers. I’ll stick to A1 burger or anywhere else before i go back to hotbox

Slow service. Really tired of having to go to these places and my food takes 20-30 mins for a hamburger and fries….. like I just think they are to slow and don’t have enough cooks to keep up with the volume of orders they put out. I could barely hear the girl behind the counter…its a little to loud in there for me to hear her and she could barely hear me and I wasn’t going to yell my order. Customer service #1 rule WEAR A DAM NAME TAG! I have no idea who is taking my order and don’t have a way to greet her at all. Dirty dingy sweater that doesn’t have a company’s logo. It’s just raggedy and the time takes to long. Black people really need to take a class on customer service skills….because the girl at the cashier has a serious straight face and didn’t greet not one customer with a smile. Sick of spending my money with angry faces and lack of friendly service. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend.

Perfectly decent burger with a soft bun, velvety melted cheese, freshly sautéed onions and nice nice dill pickle chips with mustard. Melts in your mouth sounds corny but it kinda does just that. Everything else looks good; the joint is clean and uncluttered and the service is very friendly. Take out
They don't care about the customer. They are never open when they say they are. They hardly ever make my oder how I ask . And they scam you by if you ask for something they sell on the menu a special way they'll say cause it special order they have to charge you a minimum of $6 extra . They hate there long time customers.

Food isn't good, I don't know how they got such good reviews. Turkey burger taste premade not fresh, and the turkey tacos had no taste, literally tasted like grease. Everything was bland asf. Big disappointment won't be returning here. Super annoyed because I saw the good reviews leaving bummed out.
