The best fried chicken I've ever had. Not to mention the impeccable service. 1000/10

Hotville serves Nashville-style hot chicken with a Southern LA twist. I ordered the “Shaw” level of heat and it was fiery but flavorful. The owner greeted everyone, and you can tell it’s a family-run business. The greens and cornbread on the side rounded the meal out perfectly. Seating is limited, so I recommend takeout

Came here a couple times, including today. Last time, I had the half chicken(medium) and the mac n cheese, today I had the Shaw sandwich(mild) and 4 wings(medium), and fries. These were all takeout, with a 30 min drive to home.

The fried chicken is incredibly good for many reasons. The most important one is the crust. This was the most crunchiest chicken I've had in my life. Even in the takeout box while it was steaming for 30 min on my way home, I took a bite and it was a deeply crunchy bite; nothing like it.
2. the spice is what you want. Many people are saying the spice levels are crazy(which they are!), but that's exactly what's expected of Nashville chicken. Medium is very spicy, but the right amount to where I can finish it.
3. I liked the seasoning. There are some other reviews saying its bland, which I agree to an extent it is not as seasoned as other chicken places(I totally agree for the breast meat, but I think that's a given for all places since it's just a hard piece to season). It's light on the salt, but just enough for me to enjoy my food and eat it all without feeling my lips shrivel.
4. it's very juicy, and I'll mainly talk about the breast. IMO, the way you know a place cooks chicken well is how they cook the breast because it's so hard to keep it from drying. Their breast meat is moist and makes it enjoyable as breast meat can be(we all know the dark meat is the best part)

The sides were alright and nothing to particularly write home about, but to me that's completely okay. This place specializes in chicken and as long as they nail that, it's a good chicken spot in my book. And they hit it out of the park. I'm quite surprised the seats aren't filled at this place.

This'll probably be the only Nashville chicken spot I'll be going to now on, other places can't do it like this.

Delicious lip-smacking food ALWAYS. Fries yum, dressing yum. But beware!! When they say spicy, they MEAN spicy!! Was crying and sweating buckets through half my chicken sandwich because I ordered the spiciest? Absolutely delectable otherwise and will always come here when I'm looking for a spicy chicken sandwich???

The food was good. The plain is very plain so go to the next leveling for better flavor. The wait time was waayyy too long.

I’ve eaten here many times. Always fresh and tasty. Staff is always polite and helpful. I’m sad to see them close. I think the location is a major factor for closing. Hope Kim Prince reopens at a place more visible to the public.

I work here. my coworkers and myself, make the best damn spicy chicken around. Come here, and you will not be disappointed.

Chicken was moist. The fish was dry and hard. If you don't like hot or like just a little fire get either plain sauce or cali mild. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
