Today, April 24 at 9:40, I placed an order through UberEATS, I don't know who the scoundrel is in charge of delivering the orders. Well, he gave the Uber driver an order that was NOT mine, upon realizing it, the Uber driver delivered the order that was wrong "in the name of a certain Oscar S" and asked them to give him my order, the correct order.
However, the lady who served him withheld the wrong order from him and he NO longer wanted to return it so that I would NOT report them to Uber support, her argument was that "My order had been taken by someone else, and that it had been THROWN and that they couldn't do anything" They did NOT want to give the correct order to the Uber driver, They did not want to make my order again since the MISTAKE was theirs! It wasn't even Uber's mistake or my mistake, the mistake was THEIRS!!! And they didn't even want to return the wrong order and all that so I couldn't report them to UberEATS.
I don't know who the hell is in charge of delivering the orders, but please!! People like that need to be fired!! Why they can't even do their job right.
I hope the owner or manager of the place reads this, because it is NOT possible that the workers are doing this type of thing with customers, because I already read some comments and apparently it is NOT the first time they make a mistake when giving a order and then say that "someone else took it and that it was stolen, and that they cannot take responsibility for THEIR own mistake"
My order was placed at 9:40 pm, and they delivered my order to the delivery man at 10:20 pm. - 10:25 pm. (April 24) So that they can check on cameras who was the cynical and shameless person who gave the wrong orders to his clients.

Both my husband and I love this spot. Birria is out of control tasty, generous portions, the salsa's BRING THE HEAT, the consume is delicious and we always get the pineapple juice to finish it off. Buy 1 get 1 taco is a good deal! Check them out!

This customer service is not good, they do not ever pick up the phone calls. Their texting service is also not good. They sent me a text, after I called, instead of answering my call, and when I told them what the problem was, (I didn’t want sour cream on my burrito), they asked for the city I was in, and my name, and once I told them, I got no response, and when my burrito was delivered, it did in fact have sour cream on it.

TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT ORDER!!!! I ordered for pickup from this restaurant on DoorDash. When I drove all the way there to pick up my order, I was told that they didn’t have it because someone else had picked it up. They would not give me a refund and would not even allow me to reorder from them. The location is actually a ghost kitchen, and the staff there were incredibly rude. Please avoid this place!!!

Took forever to get our food! It was almost cold by the time we got our nachos and 3 asada tacos. However, it tasted good and I would order it again if I thought I could receive it quick enough.
Ordered these Birria Cheese Tacos at 10pm for delivery. Let me tell you they did NOT disappoint. Some of the BEST birria i have ever had. Beans and Rice were on point as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!
Food was delivered by GrubHub. I ordered the 3 cheesy birria taco combo plate. The food was delivered and was still steaming hot! The tacos were AMAZING! They were bursting with flavor and filled with generous portions of meat. This is definitely a great value for the amount of food. Beans and rice were a nice addition; they were good. The consume was tasty. Did I mention how amazing the tacos are???? I digress, as the tacos were so delicious!! I had 1 taco with red salsa, 1 with green, and 1 with a mix of both. Both salsas had a kick of spiciness in their own way; I preferred the red with these tacos but I will tell you to try for yourself. When salsa was added to the tacos, it was like perfection! I'm visiting from out of town but if I lived in LA, I would get the tacos all the time! If you want some bomb a$$ tacos, go to House of Birria today! They bring the flavor!
