The food is good, that isn't really the issue I have. I like the option to customize my own bowl and add my own ingredients, that's what I usually do. It's nice to be able to change it to my taste when I feel like different things. Mac & cheese is one of my favorite foods and this place offers a lot of versatility. However, I'm not sure what the goals are of the person who owns this business, but as a local, the obtrusive sales tactics are starting to irritate me and put me off from ever coming here again. The last thing I want when I'm trying to get food is someone at the door trying to sell me an app. I can't even walk past the restaurant without salespeople talking to me. No, I don't want to get paid to post on Instagram. I'm just trying to walk home. Please stop hosting these people outside your store.

The Mac and Cheese bowls were fresh and tasteful; but that grill cheese sandwich was fire! The staff were super helpful for it being our first time and very friendly. The place itself was warm and clean.

I have been wanting to stop by this business for a very long time. It's kind of off of a busy street so it makes it a little hard to pull over. I finally had the time to do so today. They have a sign that says lobster mac & cheese, which has captured my attention for months. I finally had the opportunity to check it out. I walked in, it was really quiet. There wasn't anybody here which I was kind of surprised because it is near a college and a few high schools but I feel like the business probably picks up towards the evening. Very clean, which is always a good sign. They use a clover point of sale system. Imedela was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She guided me through the process and made excellent suggestions. I still went with the lobster mac & cheese, which is what I wanted the whole time, I ordered the lobster mac & cheese so course it's a little pricey they do have some really cool looking sides like bacon jalapeño Mac bites, but I declined. So after I gave a tip, it's literally $30 for lobster mac & cheese. But what I want I have to have so I got the order to go. It took about seven minutes maybe give or take not sure I didn't keep my eye on the clock. I parked, and I'm waiting for my friend to come downstairs so I lift up the lid and it smells delicious. I take my first bite. The cheese pull the lobster. It was worth the wait so delicious I am ecstatic! Oh, I am in heaven this is absolutely delicious! YAY!!!! Imelda said that there is parking around the back. I didn't see where she was talking about but I guess you'd have to kind of go around the block and figure it out. The only thing that I can say that I did not like is their choice of utensil I like a heavier utensil. This is a Spork nothing wrong with a Spork but it's one of the flimsier ones. I would've liked to have had a heavier utensil that's my only issue other than that I will be back those bacon jalapeño mac & cheese bites are mine!!
SOOOOOO good!! We had the lobster Mac n' cheese, the brisket (?) Mac n' Cheese - I think or it was pastrami mac & cheese I can't remember but either way it was amazing. We also had the best of both worlds sandwich which was so tasty. They've got great food with great flavor. It's family owned and they could not be any nicer. Makes you want to support a mom and pop shop.

Ordered the food via Uber eats. The ordering was a bit confusing, and I was appreciative of the phone call I received that the order I made might not be what I wanted. For the “sliced” cheese to put on the mac and cheese, I picked Parmesan. Worst mistake. So I ordered a grilled cheese sandwhich as well, that was fine. But the Mac and Cheese smelled like burnt popcorn as soon as it was brought in my house. It tasted like an ashtray. Such a let down. My house reeks now, as I’m sure the poor delivery persons car does as well. The bag immediately went outside. Called to see what happened and was told it’s due to the powdered Parmesan they use. Sad, as that choice is what made it inedible. So unless you want to eat an ash tray, DO NOT ORDER PARMESAN as the additional cheese.

Apparently, this place is very popular, and the door dash was hoping. I personally didn't care for it. The Mac n cheese was average at best. My friend's chicken was raw and had to be returned. The food was so subpar that I didn't even take pics. Would not return.
