Food tasted good and good price to. But for the customer service need alot of improvement the waiter only came took the order. Did not even bring the food to our table I think the Manger did. Never came to check on us refills or only saw him once that was it. Need to improve on that. If the service was better then I would recommend it but I don't recommend on it unless you want to be behind your waiter, needs improvement

Came in around 8pm Thursday all food served for my family and I felt preheated and stale, mozzarella sticks served for my son were dry and hard, I received the wrong order when ordering the egg benedict didn’t mind but the avocado was unripe, order cinnamon bun crepes for dessert were cold and stale very disappointing, asked for medium rare t- bone got it really dry hard to chew , meat on the burgers order for my kids was dry and burn
Entered the Spanish speaking waitress was kind. Im Glad I learned Spanish in school. The food was ok. The next shift waitress took my plates and brought over a Togo container. I was NOT EVEN FINISHED EATING. AND PAYMENT METHOD HAS CHANGED TOO. Kinda rude.

I found a hair in my pancakes and when I brought it to the managers' attention, she acted very blasé about it and only offered to deduct the price of the pancakes from my bill. I feel as though she could've been more apologetic (considering she didn't give any apology) about the situation, and offer to do more than just deduct $2.

I like this place. I love sitting outside. I've had to incidents though. One was a roach walking on the table and the second was the waiter putting the dirty dishes from the other table on mine while we where eating. Some grilled onions fell on the table and he didn't even wipe it clean. It was only 2 of us and we were sitting at the end of the table so he used the other end to set the dirty dishes.
