I like this place. I love sitting outside. I've had to incidents though. One was a roach walking on the table and the second was the waiter putting the dirty dishes from the other table on mine while we where eating. Some grilled onions fell on the table and he didn't even wipe it clean. It was only 2 of us and we were sitting at the end of the table so he used the other end to set the dirty dishes.

Delicious food! Great place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee with family or friends.
However, the service is not that great, specifically late nights - the server is not attentive, and I have seen people walk out after a long wait at the table even though the restaurant is empty 😕

Been waiting 30 mins to be seated according to here she's on lunch and can't seat me or take my order that includes even tryna wash my hands , like having to push my car wasn't enough ,here I thought I would come have a nice breakfast while I wait for AAA but I'm not sure I'm might eat here Will let you know servers name

It was good I had a Pancake combo and it was really good, the waiter unfortunately i couldn't remember his name was the best Waiter was patient and kind when I asked for a minute to look more. This is the second time I've went to IHOP. Really good thank you IHOP

I had a great experience at IHOP today! Our server was excellent — very friendly and attentive, though I unfortunately forgot his name. The food was delicious as always, and the place was clean and welcoming. Even the bathroom was spotless, and it wasn’t crowded at all, which made the meal even more enjoyable. I love IHOP, I come here with my family. This summer they have some new waiters, and a few of them have a funny accent, they are super kind. My kids usually enjoy the special menu, and I really enjoy the big pancakes and bacon. The restaurant has good vibes. This location can get busy on weekends, so it’s best to go early, but it’s totally worth it for a family breakfast.

Awful awful awful. $44 for breakfast and coffee for 2 is absolutely wild. The service was completely lacking. The atmosphere was loud. I could barely even hear my husband speak across the table. The food was the worst breakfast food I've ever had. The dry ass pancakes were not hot. The eggs weren't cooked as requested. Our waitress would not walk away to give us some time to think even when asked. She stood there and we felt pressured. There is no way I will be going back. The bacon was thin and the sausage looked like cheap, grocery store sausage. All in all, would highly recommend eating at literally any other restaurant.
