My fiance and I have been talking about going to ihop for the longest. Boy were we in for a big surprise..soggy pancakes that tore apart and burnt. To have valet parking and security that greets you at the door one would expect higher quality food.

11:16 a.m., November 23, 2025 Arturo (the big guy wearing glasses and a mustache) I kindly asked him for a glass of water, but he seemed unhappy with my request. After 10 minutes, there was still no water, even though he kept bringing other ordered drinks to the table next to us. I was coughing and had a 3-month-old baby with us. A little good service would have been nice.
Thankfully, another guy in green top was very kind and even asked how many glasses we needed since he saw I was with my husband. Despite being busy, he also took a moment to ask how we were and how our baby was.
After that, I had a chance to speak to Arturo and asked if he forgot to bring us a glass of water. He didn’t even let me finish—he just said “okay” and walked away. He didn’t ask whether I wanted it with or without ice, or how many glasses we needed. Nothing. He just left and cut me off. When he came back, he simply placed the glass on the table without saying a word. He really seemed unhappy about giving us a glass of water.
I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 because other staff were kind to us. It was our first time at IHOP, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a very good experience.

This is the only place where I experienced a server placed on the table the bill while I was in th middle of eating, I didn’t look as if I was almost finished with my dinner. I didn’t ask for the bill. He was a hispanic chubby guy wearing glasses. Take note there were lots of vacant tables as there were very few diners in that rainy evening night. It felt off and quite disrespectful. Really not an acceptable practice as he seems okay doing that

Worst IHOP experience ever lol I prefer UberEats then I took too long and didn’t want it to be cold so I reordered … these people wouldn’t give me my food and accused me of stealing my own order when they really ate the ones that made the mistake.
When they figured out they mistakenly gave away my food, they were very rude and gave no apology.
Came here for breakfast with my family. Pancakes were absolutely delicious my son loved the tres leches pancakes. Server was great and friendly. I love there new coffee mugs. ❤️🥞☕️
I used to go there often, but it's been a while since I last went. We went at 6 a.m., and while we were eating our food, they kept acting like they wanted us to hurry. We wanted to take our time, but they kept harassing us. We even ordered a generous portion of to-go food. There were plenty of empty seats, so I couldn't understand why they were acting that way.

Mad props to our server William he was very attentive and made us feel at home. Even played an awesome show on the TV while we waited for our meal. I definitely recommend that anyone that wants to be treated with the utmost most value to come here. This is all thanks to William, not only will I be returning but I suggest you come as well

If you come in the morning on weekends it does get packed, the have valet parking MAKE SURE YOU BRING CASH. Great Service, the waiters are very nice and paitent. The food is well seasoned and the also have condiments at the table to adjust to your taste. My fav part about the breakfast expirience is the coffee. It is so good i would recommed trying it out.
