The moment I walked in the table was not clean. The white down there were utensils and things that were not clean. The food was not hot. I could go on and on but I want to point to the service. The service charged me. An extra $10 on my check without me even saying that I was giving a tip. This is going way too far when you can go to a restaurant and be charged over $60 for. Twelve dollar meals

The food left a lot to be desired, it is no longer the same place you want to go to for breakfast, the food was terrible and they no longer give you condiments like before, in fact they don't even ask you if you want any sauce or anything with your food, the only good thing is that it has Valet parking.

Great food. Temperature of food is great. Clean place. Guys in the front actually greet the customers. Lupita our server has horrible customer service. I've never left so disappointed of someone's customer service like today. She has to have some kind of training because horrible is all I can say. We ordered something with no meat, proceeded to tell us that's how it comes like. We ordered a quesadilla that never arrived but we were being charged for. I complaint to her and she eventually took it off. I don't think we have ever had this bad customer service. Felt very disappointed. Other than that very clean inside and great food.

Service was so incredibly slow. I waited almost 20 minutes to place an order, and waited even longer to receive it. In other locations server often come and ask how the food is, here I experienced nothing. Moreover, I had to wait almost 30 mins to get a box for my food because none of the servers were walking around. And this was during non peak hour. 4 pm on a Sunday. Worst IHOP experience ever. I think I got an arm cramp from raising my hand for a server. Would never come back here, especially since the prices here are higher than other LA IHOP locations. If you value your money and your time, go to another location. Staff here just seem lazy and only come to customers when the food is ready.

I took the family here & the guard at the door was great. Our service was no Bueno, the server only filled our drink 1x & that was after we ate & were about to leave & we still gave A good tip on A $120 bill. They also were having some church service in the empty room & it was loud & ruined our dinner. We won't return.
Valet only? Don't like people driving my vehicle. Then they said it's IHOP policy to have valet parking only. Saw multiple empty parking spaces right infront. Since we weren't allowed to park, we Left.
