My daughters were very excited to go to IHOP, but our experience was a little uncomfortable. They served us drinks and we noticed that the coffee cups had lipstick marks on them, which made us question the cleanliness of the utensils. For this reason, we ask for disposable cutlery to feel more comfortable. We hope they can improve in this aspect.

Yessenia is an amazing service provider, she made sure l always had everything l needed!! she always kept my coffee cup full and had plenty of creamer nearby.
Ordered food from here early this morning, and it was an absolute disaster. They completely forgot our extra syrup, the extra TWO pancakes we paid for, and didn’t even include any silverware! Nothing we specifically asked for showed up. To make it worse, we asked for bacon and instead got plain, dry sausages—like, what even is that? Are the employees asleep in the back, or does the person handling orders just not care? This was beyond disappointing, and I was NOT satisfied at all. I wouldn’t recommend this IHOP to anyone. Terrible experience. $60 FOR THEM TO FORGET EVERYTHING. WE ASKED FOR ??? Shame.
