We come here regularly for breakfast. The food is consistently good and typically served very quickly. The management and staff have always been extremely kind, friendly, and have delivered excellent service. If Yoli is there ask for her, she’s wonderful and super sweet. Hands down the best IHOP I’ve been to, and despite all the amazing places to eat in LA, this continues to be a regular stop for us. There’s definitely an awesome team here.Parking: There’s free valet on the weekends and some meter parking on the street.

This IHoP branch supercedes lots of others on level of taste and generous well served portions. Pancakes w 3 leches with plenty of caramel, supreme! Other locations serve em dry. Unfortunaley, I live far away from this location, wish it was closer. Awesome job to this branch!

I used to love the cheese blitzes at the IHOP. It was my favorite place for breakfast. My kids would take me there for my Birthday every year. But the blintzes now are horrible! First of all, they took them off the menu, and then they say they still served them, but they stuffed them with cottage cheese instead of real ricotta. The blueberries are all dried up and frozen. The sour cream tastes like plastic. Simply the worst I have ever tasted. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have walked out. Now I have a bad taste in my mouth. The syrup is cheap sugared water. Never again!

Last weekend I was in California. I wanted to enjoy something good. I came to this place for breakfast. When I entered,I was greeted by a person with a very unfriendly face.I asked for an omelette and pancakes to eat quickly. They brought me cold tasteless food and look, this person. He was mistreating the employees of this place with very strong and rude words. I asked for the name of this person.they told me it was the supervisor named MARCOS. I went to the cashier to pay in cash.He didn't want to give me back the change. My parents wanted to Tell me how bad it was. Having this kind of people working in these food places the good thing is that I just went for a walk I don't live in California I live in new Jersey so I don't see this person face anymore

The closing server is shady, asked which type of bread i wanted like is part of the combo then charged 3.99 for a toast. Just leaves a bad feeling, never coming to this ihop again. Food itself was good. The closing server had long black hair, dark shade of skin, and chubby dude.

Great staff and good service. Had a very nice breakfast here. Unfortunately, they removed all outlets from the restaurant. I had planned to do some work from there, but with no outlets I had to leave for a coffee shop which was disappointing. Also, much more expensive than Denny’s. I was shocked a stack of 5 pancakes costs $15 here…Parking: They have a paid parking lot, but I just found free street parking
