The worst IHOP I've ever been to this guy in the morning charge me $14 for three pancakes and he didn't even mention they were $14. It was another $20 for a couple of eggs. This is ridiculous no service no class he said he doesn't make the prices. It was $40 for a goddamn breakfast screw this place.

No air conditioner, too hot. Waitress removed plates before we finished and brought the bill right away. We feel not welcome.

I ate here in the late a.m. hours while waiting for my orthopedic appointment at Cedars. I was in a wheelchair due to a motorcycle accident which left me with a broken pelvis so mobility was hard. I found this restaurant to be very accessible to my temporary mobility issue. The manager is very friendly and served me personallyWheelchair accessibility: 100% totally accessible to wheelchair bound people. Watch out for that little slope in the parking lot though.

There's ihop in Canada but this was the closest thing to our bnb. All the staff were friendly and our server even split our food without asking because we got one main to share between two people!

I'm sorry IHOP, but you were not for me or my family. The waitress was kind and helpful, but your food was just not to our liking. My poor little-bro is now afraid of pancakes after eating at your place.

For some odd reason, this establishment in the year 2023, has no A/C. They think fans spinning in the air will make up for all the heat coming from the kitchen. Please stay away! If you have kids don’t bring them here!!!!

Me and family arrive 7:30 am in the morning, I totally understand they are 24 hours but, if they are tired they simply don't have to give or pass to their customers their frustrations, definitely not a good experience, they were rude and totally unprofessional we end up just leaving this place after experiencing this bad service, unfortunately 1 start is the lowest we can provide but I would for -0

I have been taking advantage of IHOP's latest campaign to make people aware of their burgers ... now steak burgers. I was promptly greeted and seated in the section farthest from the door; the other section had many tables filled before 8am. I ordered a drink when I sat down, and ordered when I received the drink; a Diet Coke. My glass remained empty as I sat waiting for... anything. 15 or more minutes, I turned around and asked one of the other servers to get my server. She came and asked if I would like a refill, and after saying yes asked about the food. She made some comment that "you know" it will be made after the other tables orders, and I answered well I don't know, but it is taking an excessive amount of time. Maybe 7-10 minutes later I got the order ... and she disappeared again. Unfortunately, what should be a decent burger wasn't worth waiting for. The burger was thin and beyond well done, the roll was so-so but the lettuce, tomato pickles were wilted and HOT. Fries were exceptionally crispy and Hot - so they got that right. When I the server finally came back, I'd asked for another refill and showed her the burger, which was about half eaten ( I was starving.) She asked if I wanted it replaced, but I said not now, but I need the lettuce and tomatoes brought to me. Without too much of a wait, I received a plate with fresh lettuce and tomatoes slices ... which helped the last half of the over done burger go down. Again a long wait for my check, which I'll assume was the manager told me that she's giving me a discount because of the slow service (no. I didn't ask.) Finally the check came, I paid using the app and was able to face the day

To see a surviving A framed IHOP is pretty cool. This IHOP is pretty good for people watching. Service is good. One of the servers chatted with us outside as she left. They’re pretty nice. The food quality can be a little unpredictable but most of the time it’s good. They have a midsize parking lot in the front.
