The service was a little rude they messed up my order, the avocado was bad. When I was going to pay they were charging me the 20% tip. They want a big tip.

The atmosphere is classic: a bit of noise, a bit of anticipation, and the feeling that someone at the next table has been eating breakfast here for twenty years. The service is undramatic—they're not rushed, but they're also attentive, as befits a place where coffee is poured with philosophical calm.
This isn't a restaurant for gastronomic discoveries, but a reliable stop when you want a simple, straightforward breakfast and the feeling that the world is still in its right place. Will you come back? Most likely. Especially if you're craving pancakes again at any time of day.

My first time at this location. It wasn't very clean and it was not busy. Our waitress was nice, and breakfast was served fast. I only rate 3 because of dirty floor with debris.
Hot food, got what we ordered, and yet the service was very slow it was very busy at times.

One of the few places opened on Christmas. Crowded, expect to wait if you have a large party.

The waiters and atmosphere are really nice but the food just doesn’t taste good at all.
We had pancakes, burger, omelette and biscuits. I think the only enjoyment I got was from the vegetable on the burger wich doesn’t require cooking at all.
Also the price is very steep.

Great. Good prices, and a place that I love. Pancakes made just for me :)

Free parking, Good service and nice employees
The waiters do a very bad job, I waited 10 minutes for the waiter to come and take my order, they just go about their business there.
The service needs to be improved so that the waiters work well and communicate a lot with the customers.

IHOP is always a fun spot to take the kids when you’re ready for a sugar rush and stacks of fluffy pancakes. Honestly, I go there mostly because my kid wants to — and he loves it. For adults, the menu has plenty of solid breakfast and lunch options too. At this location I tried the egg white omelet, which was a healthy and tasty vegetarian pick.
It’s also worth noting that IHOP has been among the chains with the steepest menu price increases since 2020 (reportedly around +80%). Even so, the quality-to-price ratio stays fair, making it a reliable choice when you just need a casual meal that keeps everyone happy.

Food was excellent but our server and manager were above and beyond our expectations. They were exceptional and made our experience even better.
