I asked for correction at this store, and the female employee kindly adjusted it to fit my face. Just by looking at what I was wearing, she immediately knew what more I needed and was very professional. I was fortunate to meet a very friendly expert during my trip. I was lucky because I had given up on getting the product adjusted because another store nearby refused to adjust it, saying it wasn't from that store. Thank you very much.

This is overdue, but I was blown away by the customer service I received here. I had a collaboration with a lens company and this was the closest location to me that had that lens. I explained what this collab was about and what I needed to do, and the staff was so helpful! Moreover, I was on tour at the time this was all happening, so the glasses needed to be shipped to a future hotel location. The girl (I wish I remembered her name) was SO helpful! She understood the issues and even followed up with the hotel on her own to make sure the glasses got there prior to my arrival. I just didn't expect any of that going above and beyond. They are a wonderful store with even more wonderful people. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

I ordered some sunnies online a couple of years ago... I FINALLY made the effort to go to the store to get them adjusted for a better fit! Their online customer service was BEYOND anything I've ever experienced! They didn't have the model I wanted online, but they had them in-store... so the in-store staff offered to take / email pics of the options they had available! And bc of their incredible service, I was able to snag a pair of the sunnies I had been eyeing for a hot minute! Super communicative customer service on-line and in-person... I was actually at LACMA earlier that day and that's where I parked. Walked maybe 1/2 a mile to the grove? It honestly wasn't that bad... I didn't wanna deal with parking again lmao. The store itself was kinda confusing to find even with the use of the directory? It's hidden in the hallway where the parking structure / escalator is... I guess that's what I get for not parking at the grove haha. The store entrance very illesteva?! CHIC! The store was really nice! Went in the evening and the one staff there was amazingly nice! I asked for an adjustment to my sunnies and she noticed my sunnies case was the larger / older model and she offered me a newer / slimmer sunnies case with cloth bag and complimentary sunnies cleaning just for stopping by?? I really recommend them for their products and service... I love my sunnies even more after a couple of years of having them bc now they fit even better than when I first got them and their magical customer service lives rent-free in my book lmao.

So after a year or so of tons of compliments , I lost my glasses case. Illesteva makes a travel/purse glasses case so this a loss as I use that case all the time. I called the Grove location and BRYAN immediately sent me 2!!!! travel cases and a new hard case. Charged only for shipping and they got here in 2 days. Love this store. It has the nicest people and the cutest glasses at a very reasonable price.
