Avoid peak hours as there’s usually a long line here despite other options in the area. Good coffee, friendly staff, food is okay but it’s fast and convenient.
You can even have a business meeting right outside as the tables are far apart. A convenient coffee place if you’re at the JW Marriott in LA Live!

The service is always topnotch! I stayed at the Marriott for a whole week and Im grateful to have meet Abner in ILLY! He does his service very well and always excellently suggests good food choices from their counter. Definitely a must try, and if you happen to met Abner, give him a polite hi!

I do see some of the reviews stating staff is rude and unprofessional but those seem to be old and not current. I was in and out in 5 minutes with excellent service and coffee. I would recommend a caramel latte iced. Came out perfect!

First time finally trying illy coffee after always seeing it. I ordered a mint lavender latte because that sounded great. It didn't taste like lavender or mint. The coffee was good anyway but it didn't make it anything special. The worker was very friendly even though it was Christmas Eve when I was here. There is seating in the lobby for enjoying your coffee, though if it's busy and you're not a guest they might say something? But for us it was quiet and nice.

Illy coffee is the best in the world of mediocre American coffee. Also be the prices are fair for LA. Super cute bar and you can eat in the hotel super lobby.
The stuff was nice but overwhelmed. Milk in my latte was extremely overheated and overall latte didn’t taste good. Wish I walked 10 mins to another coffee shop.

I’ve tried to get a coffee here twice in the early afternoon and both times they have been closed during business hours. At least post lunch hours and when you’ll reopen!

Could probably not use being harassed by the staff after paying $900 a night to stay on the hotel. If they hire rude people they should boot this company from serving coffee in the hotel. Sounds like they should be working for the CDC instead of a coffee shop they are so smart at delittling customers.
