I’m a huge In-N-Out lover! I visits so many different stores. The service wasn’t bad actually, I was very surprised. The food was warm and they listened to my requests (I am very picky about my order). I would give this store a try! 🤗

"I placed an order and was told it would take 17 minutes, as they had many orders. However, it took 45 minutes for my order to be ready. They gave me a strawberry shake first, which was completely melted and undrinkable. I also brought a hot item with me, but the first order they gave me had gone cold. The manager and staff seemed to be just trying to get through the work, and they clearly didn't know what they were doing. I never want to go to this location again. They were rude and didn't even know how to apologize."

I was visiting from Canada. I don't understand the appeal. The burger and fries ain't that good. Patty wanthin like 2 thin slice of ham. Carl's Jr, Jack in the box and Wendy's, and even pub food has waaaaay better burgers.

I love in n out & always use the drive through. It's almost always exceptionally good but this time the burger & fries were cold🥺 it's a bummer bc I'm watching my cholesterol and can't eat it all the time, so when I do it's a treat.

Terrible in and out. They let people cut in front of you in the drive through. Then laugh in your face when you’re upset that people just cut in front of you. Had a grown man drive up and cut In front my family and all they could do is laugh. It is like people just hate women and children because why you guys let this happen.
Popular and busy. Limited parking and seating. Burgers are good, patties are thin so get a double if you like more meat.

We stopped here around 11:30 p.m. went to the restroom 1st before ordering and we should have just left at that point but it's In n Out. I didn't have my phone on me but there was toilet paper all over the floor the trash was over flowing with used paper towels it definitely was not checked in hours. After a small wait we received our 4 combos but the 2 double doubles, cheeseburger AND hamburger were served to us with burnt buns. An employee offered to re-make the burger and it was much better it looked like an in n out burger should look like. He seemed nice and apologetic about it. I appreciated that from him. For the duration of our time there, the trash from the dinning area were overflowing.

This was my first time trying In-N-Out and my expectations were pretty high. The restaurant was very clean and the service was impeccable- far and away the most friendly cashier I've experienced in LA. Then the food arrived... I got an animal style burger combo. The burger was completely bland. The only good flavor that I could decern was the grilled onion and sauce in one decent bite. My fries were inedible. I'm not even sure how to get potatoes to that consistency.
It's a lovely place with lovely burgers!!!
