We tried the crème brûlée one, and it was fantastic. The caramelized sugar layer on top had that perfect crisp crack, and underneath it was smooth, creamy, and really satisfying. The combination of textures — the crunchy caramelized top with the soft, sweet filling — made every bite really enjoyable.
Overall, it was a great dessert and definitely something I’d order again if I come back. If you like crème brûlée-style desserts with that caramelized sugar shell and creamy base, this one really delivers.
My favorite soft serve! The brûlée is worth splitting with someone (it tastes amazing, but can be a bit rich to eat all by yourself). The matcha and vanilla flavors are incredible, especially when mixed - not too sweet, and they taste super wholesome.
not too sweet! can be pricy with toppings. recommend matcha
I had high expectations for Indigo Cow after it blew up online, but none of the textures hit the mark. The soft serve for both Hokkaido milk and matcha flavors was too soft for my liking, and the matcha was also very icy. The mochi was too soft, even atop the cold soft serve. At this price point, I expect higher attention to detail.
The matcha warabimochi was more appropriately chewy and the flavor of the Hokkaido milk was good. With no shortage of amazing soft serve spots in LA, I don’t think I will be back.
A new form of a pleasant taste . Love the consistency and experience
Friendly staff explaining all they offer before blindly purchasing
Limited flavors but amazing quality and service. physical menus can use a redo imo
The plain Hokkaido milk with MBR is good. I tried the swirl vs the regular, and the regular is easier to taste what sets this place apart. The matcha has a very subtle flavor and is overwhelming to the Hokkaido milk...
Excellent flavor - portions are mini, pricy.
Mediocre at best. Super overrated sry but no thank you. Save yourself $7 walk across the street to Walgreens and get yourself a pint of REALLY good ice cream.
Cool place! I really liked the overall vibe. I had the swirl, which combines the milk and matcha flavors. I added chocolate and black sesame/Yuzu sugar toppings.
It was pretty good, not something I'd necessarily go back for, but definitely worth trying at least once. Service was fast and friendly!

Stopped by this place and glad we did. The soft serve are really flavorful. The swirl with the matcha was also good. Atleast that what my friend said. Worth a try! And the lady was really nice and helpful.
Amazing ice cream
Cute and clean atmosphere, cheap and really good icecream, MBR topping was fire
It was good, but not amazing. I have to preface that the limited edition pumpkin spice brûlée was absolutely delicious and so cute with the powdered sugar pumpkin design. However the ice cream itself was a little icy and missing that gold star quality that I would expect from Hokkaido imported dairy. Overall it was tasty, but not worth the 8 dollar price tag.
A good soft serve and the toppings were tasty. Now I’ve been to Hokkaido and have had plenty of soft serve in Asia with Hokkaido milk as the feature. Indigo cows soft serve is good but it didn’t remind me of Hokkaido milk flavor.
